Many people don't know that Corolla is produced in only 16 assembly units of the whole world and is sold in 150 countries of the world. It is a good achievement that one of the 12 assembly units of the world is situated in Pakistan.

You can see factory videos of Indian brand Mahindra latest surpstar model XUV 700, Tata Safari and Harier (in which almost all the work force are female mechanics. ), Hundai create, and many more videos are available on you tube just go and watch right now you will be surprised by ghe sheer scalabty of the manufacturing plant they also export from there you can't find i will send you the link.
Don't doubt always explore.
I REALLY LIKE HOW TOYOTA INDUS USES ORIGINAL JAPANESE TECHNIQUES TO MAKE THEIR CARS. THAT IS WHY THEY ARE VERY RELIABLE.

A great initiative by Toyota indus. But wish to see a documentary on the style of national geographic where they follow the complete journey of car from metal pieces to a running vehicle. Would be highly difficult both technically and financially but still would be an excellent piece for display and advertisement and openness to public.

Nice topi drama. When Fortuner had the water accumulation issue in door panels, how was that not caught during this shower test? When the 2014-2015 corollas had mismatched trunk lights with body lights, how was that not caught by anyone in the yellow rope area?
Not only Fortuner but Revo as well as old Vigo too had same issue of water accumulation inside the door panels! poor quality checks..... Seems normal practice!
Exactly. I think they don't test each and every single vehicle in shower test as also mentioned by Junaid Akram in his video around 03:54 (link below) that 3-4 vehicles are tested from a batch of approx 100.

IMC undoubtedly has an advanced assembly plant hence why very less issues regarding quality are reported.

After alot of Inspection still quality issues occures in local manufacturer automobiles.
Nothing in this world is perfect.
Cos they are not using high tech testing sensor's /machinery which Toyota is often using in there other production plants in other countries.
I'm surprised to see that they are Producing these cheap quality cars in a world class facility !

As an automotive engineer, I know the pain of working on these lines. I've previously worked at Pak Suzuki's assembling plant and Toyota's as well. The job seems quite charming in visuals, while in reality, it's much difficult and accountable.
