I am so impressed with all these southern actors who are all full of substance and articulate unlike the Bollywood clowns full of fluff, flash, put on , fake and dimwits
Finally i found someone really elaborating about Hema committee report issue , and very clear about what all need to be focused and looked in to. Media also should showcase all those issues that women facing but unfortunately most of members of WCC and media is still celebrating about the sexism alone. This should be the way people should address this issue, not who slept with whom, off course if there is such cases need to be addressed but not just focusing on sexism issues alone and more importantly Hema committee is not a Me too movement its more than that which was already studied and submitted by an authorized agency. Government need to study the report and propose minimum requirement to all the film production house should maintain prior to start of shoot and during the shoot and after shoots such as salary settlement. If this happens then only Hema committed is a success or else it will be just many other committee reports that government didn't took any action. If not government film fraternity such as directors producers and actor association should sit together and make minimum protocols to be followed for film production houses. Government should take this as case of work place safety of women and addressing to reason of such crimes not reported, laws must be implemented for quick courts and separate investigation team for women safety not only for film industry but for all part of society.
Padmapriya…..so lovely to see you after a long time. I remember your stint with GECIS Analytics Blore while I was the HR manager for Analytics Business (Blore & Ggn). It’s extremely unfortunate to hear your experience & experiences of other women in the film industry. We certainly need better working conditions, safe environment & dignity for the craft women bring to the film & entertainment industry.
Sexism in the Indian film industry is an extension of what societal mindset. They provide what the public wants. Of course, payments should not be based on gender.
Woman in film industry should stand for a seperate association. Work independently and interdependently with other associations in the industry. A mixed class will never work. I dont know when women will learn this.
@@sujithkumar2041 It is evident that hariharan has such a tempting character. As per the reveal by actress charmila he could have exploited the lead actresses in all of his films.
How come he forgot to mention tamizl films. Guys need fame, money and wider audience of the main south movie industry but forget to mention it. Should do homework b4
Padmapriya has articulated the issues very well n factually.

If I am correct Madam Padma priya is a product of Kendriya Vidyalaya Bowenpally Secunderabad so her english will be superb.Hattsoff to u
The continuous flickering of background video makes it very difficult to watch.
Film sets should have basic amenities. That is where govt should step in to forcefully implement it.

Director hariharan may have used her by offering her the role in the film ,Pazhassi raja. That will be hidden by her .
@@ShanthakumariOTDude you are accusing someone in their personal life with no proof or conviction. This is not a good character.

Her peak was in the late 2000s in her early 20's. She took a break after her roles dried up. Just look up her filmography. 😂😂😂 Top actress ?

It's not that easy when you have long gap and you need to catch up
So far men and women live in this universe, how they live without romance and sex. This is a nonsense discussion.
