  • Our brain & nervous system changes with EXPERIENCE - A process known as Neuroplasticity.
    With the aim to keep us safe, stressful experiences, creates important changes in our brain & body.
    But experiencing UNPREDICTABLE stressful events challenges our brain on how to best protect.
    It learns through unpredictable stressful experiences that
    👉 “it’s not safe to fully relax”.
    So if you find it difficult to fully relax, even though you’re using techniques that should work, then maybe it’s time to focus on the unconscious learnings that might be a barrier to relax?
    A Lightning Process training looks at how to use your mind & body to influence your health. This includes understanding how to influence beliefs potentially learnt long ago.
    We don’t have to talk about our childhood experiences but we shouldn’t ignore its impact or the outdated learnings (beliefs) that developed that are influencing our health today.
    👉 Not everyone I work with has beliefs around the lack of safety around relaxing. Some have a belief that’s not safe to suceed or be yourself so relaxing isnt an issue 🤯
    Some have other important limiting beliefs that are important to address - which is why a
    PERSONALISED & TARGETED recovery programme is important.
