Once this development is sold out , you will not find a place to park one car let alone two cars and the barking dogs will create havoc during the night when you try to sleep, Be aware of the pitfalls. My brother bought one of these in another area and they were $130,000 six years ago. They are now close to $290,000 , but he has two parking spots in his carport.
I know you'll find great deals away from the water but I wonder if you can find great deals at the water because I don't want my view to be in my parking lot my driveway or someone else for that matter I want a view of the water
The only problem with this setup, where are the trees the landscape?? This cookie cut set up arrangement of homes looking identical, is bazaar! What if I had to much to drink and come home, to the wrong address?? Haha😆😆😉
As it should be when we are coming to a country that isn't ours. We have to have *7000 us dollars per month to come to your country and prove it for more than a year. We have to pay for everything we get in your country we wouldn't think of doing it any other way. We would not expect to come with 5 kids n 6 cousins and go get food stamps And free medical and use all of your resources. When we come we pay our way. But thanks for sharing how you feel. It's good to know . I'll be sure to share with my 5 immediate neighbors from Mexico.
@CarolSmith-lx7tu where have you been? That's exactly what the migrants got when they came to the US illegally. And to top it off. Those sanctuary cities were run by Black American mayors who helped millions of migrants with 25,000 USD of Food Stamps, free luxury hotels, free transportation, and 14,000 in cash. All the white governors and mayors did not help your people. It was the Black Americans.

I live in Tijuana the mortgage is 430 bucks, yearly taxes,my house is pretty close to double the price of that house i pay like 60/70 bucks yearly of city tax, water 15 bucks monthly, light is every 2 months like 50/60 bucks
SSS check 1,500. Month rent 1,800. Energy bill 350 month l work gym home keepers l think move mexico or home less didn't no work Claudia said build one million homes poor people it be less
My main issue with a privada like that is that all of the houses look exactly the same (at least the streets you showed). Are there any privadas where there is some variation in the way the houses look?
Most privadas from what I’ve seen will have the houses all looking very similar on the outside (even the expensive privadas). But to answer your question, there are others where u will see variations
All you see when you look out the windows are your neighbours. I couldn’t live there as there is no privacy, but it is very affordable so I’m sure they will sell to people who don’t need privacy.
What's wrong with seeing neighbors? After all, they do live there. They are on the outside not the inside of your home. You need to be in a rural community with no neighbors.
Not all Mexicans coming to America. Check the per capita income for Mexico, Central/South American countries; and earth-wide. And then you'll overstand. A great book: The Great Reset is worth a read.
It's not hard to understand why one would want to live in a country where the US dollar goes further. If you're struggling to make ends meet in the US, why not?
Are you saying Merida? The last time i was there it was nothing but dirt for miles and the first Christian Church built in Amerika. Man do you know how freaking hot it gets?

Merida is that place and this development is 20 minutes from the beach!!! My Sissy lives here🤗
Hey! eso mi casa. Living here has been life changing. Cartess has another satisfied customer 😊
That is awesome! Let me know if you're interested in doing an interview :)
Very nice affordable home! Thanks for sharing Cartess!
Thanks for watching!
Got to get the Mexicans their recognition. They are excellent builders. 🎉🎉

Cartess, will you review some of the nicer condos, which can be purchased, for those who don't want the house headache? Thanks Bruh!
All solid construction with stone/concrete/cement. Not like the wood/OSB flimsy junk they build in the US.
Amen
Beautiful!
Thanks for watching
Thanks Brother
Great Deal🎉

I would just invest in a nice grill!!!
I’m a builder here also in Mexico and I see that all that is a very cheap way of building don’t fall for it that is worth maximum I mean $27,000🎉
What are your prices, where do you build?
@ can cun
27 mil dlls y el terreno es gratis? 🤣🤣 en cuanto sale alla el metro cuadrado ya terminado en promedio 🤔
Does this area flood?
Wow looks amazing ...definitely not in the u s !!❤❤❤
Cartess, is this a rent to own house 🏠 or only a straight buy.?
Most will be a straight purchase. Owner financing really ain't a thang here

Yes. Merida. Been living in this heat for last 3 1/2 years 😅😅
Not much hotter than Florida. With ac it's no big deal.
dont do it too close to each other mexicans can do it,you cant
Real cheap , investing in these would surely be a wise investment.
Hammock hooks, 🤣 be real, how many people actually put a hammock up on the hooks in these new homes which Americans are moving into.
I use mine when reading books 😅
It's a local tradition. Hammocks keep you cool in hot weather. I'm impressed to see that custom being honoured.
