Thank you so much for this video Cartess! Your videos are very informative and a tremendous blessing to me!
I scheduled a meeting with Ruth for next week/WhatsApp. I would love to learn more about the house and the community.
Excellent deal! OMG...😁
Ruth got you covered! Awesome
I LOVE ❤ the shower. Single female who enjoys being indoors; not ready to settle down, but if I were, this would be PERFECT for me. Thanks for sharing this option. 🏆👍🏽
Absolutely. Thanks for watching
Cartess you the Man 💪🏽💪🏽💪🏽
Appreciate ya
Really love this channel! Do you still offer the ride arounds? Couldn’t find it or a price on the website.
We do. Here's a link: www.moveabroadandthrive.com/explore-merida/
Good deal.
I’d purchase this as an investment property
If you were to buy it and then rent it out, how much could you rent it out for?
That area is a little far out. For investment purposes, I'd probably purchase in other parts of the city where you could probably get a much better return. You'll need a car in the area (not very walkable to local marts/stores)
Nice house.
Love the moves Cartess, very karate Kid.
LOL
my understanding of much of south side is that it may not be as nice as centro and norte, but it's still safe and decent overall except a few little bad spots. Does that sound right to you guys?
Yes. Still very safe with plenty to do and lots of options...
How do they feel about Americans wanting to move there now with everything in the world going on? I now worry about that aspect...thoughts?
Me too
this is great for $60k - what stores are near there? I wish you did this in areas near the beach Merida is just so freaking hot
The last few videos are from the beach (i think i posted 3 this week)
I think these are too small for that price, I've seen better and bigger for that price, I wonder also how do the locals can afford this kind of prices and what is their opinion about foreigners coming and outpricing them?
No landscaping, refrigerator, stove, kitchen cabinets, air conditioners, no where to park your car and no cover for your car. Plus the distance isn’t worth it. Were there closets in the bedrooms. The $60,000 price tag is not worth buying.
For 60k you can't expect a turnkey home even in Mx for that you'd have to live in a remote village in Africa or Vietman. Sorry to break that too you but you aren't gunna find anything cheap anymore.
That’s extra
I’m America you looking at $350k on up 😂
Much different in the way houses are sold here. For these things u mentioned, you can purchase; they're extra
Yup, he's just a chump hell buy anything looking better than the crack hoods
Observation; No security your on the street. Outdoor washing machine situation ( very inconvenient not to mention no fences someone could just walk away with your machine. No closets, no shower glass. No parking. No well it’s a gravity water system ( Very inconvenient. For me Security is a big deal here in Mexico. Tiny place in a neighborhood that’s obviously not nice. My two pesos, save your money you’ll thank me later.
We looked.But no way sorry
Understandable.
This was shown by another You Tuber few weeks ago. Need a car, kind of far
