Be careful scrapping your tongue, whilst it's good every now and again you don't want to do it everyday. Bacteria in the mouth is really important helping you take in nitrates. Never ever use mouthwash thats for sure as you are more likely to have blood pressure issues, heart attacks and all sorts of health issues.
