great video brother , i have similar machine the De'Longhi dedica , i would recommend you get a bottom-less portafilter +_IMS basket like you mentioned ,the pressurized one you are using is more suited for beginners who don't want to buy a grinder or don't have to time to do all the work ,the pressurized portafilter is used more often with pre-ground coffee ,keep up the good work 🔥
