I started to wake up at 5:00 last year and I actually made an effort to try and make it a sustainable habit, just for school reasons and to be more productive and get the best results possible. The key actually was to prepare yourself the night before, it’s really the most important step and I cannot stress this enough. I would go to bed at 22:00 so I would have dinner at least two hours prior to that. After dinner the number 1 rule was: NO MORE WORK! Your mind needs time to unwind before you can rest. After dinner I would watch an episode of some TV show (adjusting the blue light from my screen, which can cause you trouble with falling asleep) or I would catch up with family and at 21:00 it was time to shower if I felt like it (although I always showered in the morning), put calm music on, do some skincare and read a book. VERY IMPORTANT: not be messing around or scrolling through electronic devices at least and hour before going to bed, screens can affect your sleep (Put them to charge in other place that is NOT your bedroom). Then it was time to go to bed. Next day at five, I would feel ready to start a new productive day. Hope this helped someone.

I also feel really really productive and motivated to do more during the day, not to mention the endorphins from my run help my mood so much. even though I'm kinda tired in the first hour of school, i feel a lot better throughout the day. it makes me wanna eat healthier and get cleaner and more organized and now I have so much more time to things that I wanna do, instead of just working. anne! 1)Move your alarm away from your bed so you have to get up to turn it off 2) Go straight to the bathroom, wash your face etc etc 3)drink as much water as you can from the bottle you filled the night before and you are good to go! Exercise first thing,all be it some light stretching will also energise your body and mind.

I go to sleep at 10pm every day and wake up at 7am. If you use your laptop when it's dark it does actually affect your sleep hormones so it will take you ages to get to sleep unless you leave your device off for a while before you sleep.

Henrietta Sveikauskiene that’s very bad for you. You should get around at least 8 hrs of sleep. You’re getting 2 hrs less than that. I don’t get 8 hrs sleep I get 7 hrs and 30 mins, however please try and get more sleep than that.

Put your phone or alarm clock far away from you in your room so you have to get up and get it. That usually gets me up and keeps me up. We all need to work on self discipline sometime or another.

Its Ashley I think you just buy the egg noodles stir fry veg ( or cut up your choice of veg) add a sauce of your choice and mix it all together. I like mine with sea food so I just buy some pre cooked mixed seafood (find it in the frozen section) add a bit of cooking oil in a saucepan and cook it till it’s warm then I’d add all the other ingredients. Henrietta Sveikauskiene that’s very bad for you. You should get around at least 8 hrs of sleep. You’re getting 2 hrs less than that. I don’t get 8 hrs sleep I get 7 hrs and 30 mins, however please try and get more sleep than that.
I wake up at 5 am in school days but in the weekend I sleep as much as I want 😂

download it it will help u alot.
to turn off the alarm ull have to shake ur phone 100 times or solve simple math problems or even capture a picture of something
Put your phone or alarm clock far away from you in your room so you have to get up and get it. That usually gets me up and keeps me up. We all need to work on self discipline sometime or another.

I've always wake up early in the morning as I need to prepare for school and lately , I also try to be a morning person on weekend too . Maybe not as early as you are cause I wake up on 6 am and its true ! It really does change my life and I feel happier tham I am before !

I literally have been waking up at five AM every weekday for the past six months and go to sleep at 10:30pm for a two hour commute. I think it's really cool to see one of my favorite youtubers in my shoes :).
Same. I used to wake up at noon but slowly by slowly I reduced it. At first I would wake up at 7:30, made it 7:00, and now I wake up at 6:30. I'm working my way to wake up earlier. I feel so productive when everyone else is sleep

Its Ashley I think you just buy the egg noodles stir fry veg ( or cut up your choice of veg) add a sauce of your choice and mix it all together. I like mine with sea food so I just buy some pre cooked mixed seafood (find it in the frozen section) add a bit of cooking oil in a saucepan and cook it till it’s warm then I’d add all the other ingredients. Hope that made sense

My entire body reacted everytime I heard any of the alarms. I hate the alarms so much that I would change them every now and then but then I just grew to hate the new alarms. So I've decided to just stick with one alarm and live with the hate.
