Bahamian sheep tongue souse

Today I prepared a simple and easy sheep tongue souse recipe. Listed in my video are all of the ingredients and methods used to get my sheep tongue oil free and delicious.

Thank you this video is really thorough! I was told that with the initial boil to add vinegar to the sheep tongue, was wondering if this is common?

You can do it with the initial boil, but I prefer it this way because the first boil is usually extremely greasy and In my opinion it doesn't remove much of the grease. Try both techniques and see which one works best 🙂
