I remember watching that video several times and I kept telling everyone that I talked to about it.......I said he was paralyzed. You could tell. He lifted his head and you could tell he said, "You got me, you got me!" He couldn't move. He couldn't even put his hand up to shield his self from the head shot.

His right hand is up until the last round of shots and once he gets kicked his arm drops. He tried to get up again when cowboy came next to him. I think he started fading after that
