It was a pleasure to meet you Aden ! I reached Cape Cornwall yesterday night, it was absolutely wonderful. Bravo for your video and good luck for your next adventures ! Pierre
I’m loving your wanderings so much. I go to Burrator and Dartmoor a lot, just to feel zen. I can’t wait to see the Cotswold way. Thanks Aden for taking us along with you and the quality work you consistently produce, here and on your Sims channel 💕
So proud of you for going out of your comfort zone and solo wild camping! You're an inspiration, and I'll pretend to be inspired to go out in nature whilst actually rotting in my room xx
Another fantastic adventure! You in the tent looking like a glow worm was a bonus. Made me have a good laugh. I really needed that today. Thanks again for taking us along!
Always such a laugh watching your video’s! Just love your humor! Your solo adventure was amazing! Lovely sights! Can’t wait for your next solo camping!
What fun seeing Aden in his element. We have a campers rule here in my area, "Leave your campsite a little better than how you found it." I take it as leave a little tettering stone altar, lol. I adore seeing these places, and the music choices are so spot-on. Such a great time!
I love these adventures! Thanks for bringing us along. Gloria could be a lovely name for a tent. "What a glorious view, Gloria!" Love from California ❤
This is the perfect background when I am doing something else. It's just so relaxing to hear Aden narrate the most mundane things. I might take up walking in my area soon because of this.
Aw i miss having box of Graze deliver to me, I'm sad that they don't ship outside the UK anymore :( Anyway, always was a pleasure to watch your adventure!
So excited to watch this ☺️ I’ve followed your sims channel for years and have always found your voice so relaxing and kind 🥰 thank you for the hard work you put into your videos xx
Oh Aden i love these videos. As someone with mobility issues i wouldn't be able to do this amount of walking so i live vicariously through you in these vids. Love the scenery 💚
" I'm only going to tell you one ghost story cause I don't want to scare myself" 🤣🤣🤣 One of my favourite comments from you on your trek! Then the next day whilst looking at a ruin in a glade (beautiful really) your comments "Investigating with Aden......" " Shall we do a renovation project loves?" - had me roaring with laughter! 😆 I am glad your trip wild camping on Dartmoor went really well for you and certainly enjoyed watching. Looking forward to your next travel vlog with much anticipation.🚶♀🚶🚶♂ Thank you Aden.
As you know I am in a wheelchair so the only way I go hiking is through you! Loved the video and could literally smell the nature. Helped by my autistic son having appeared with a bunch of leaves as gifts for me, saying he was bringing nature to me as I don't get out in it enough! Great timing on his part as I had a wonderful leafy smell to accompany the video. My names suggestions for the tent are: Nellie (around the world in 72 days), Tabitha (means “gazelle,” but suggests swiftness and movement), or Saira (an Arabic name meaning “traveler.”), ☺ I have been to Dartmoor, visited the prison many times (as a solicitor!!!). The first time was in winter, there was a thick fog and I have never seen anywhere as bleak as that journey. Whilst not a fan of zoos, I prefer animals to be in their natural habitat, I used to take my son to Dartmoor zoo 3/4 times every summer school holiday because he loved to sit and watch the tigers all day. That was it, just the tigers! 🐅🐯
I’m with you regarding mornings. Nowadays I usually wake at 5 or 6 but I have to take things slow and quiet. It goes without saying another wonderful video, as always, thank you.
Yes! I love this SO much! My partner and I want to visit and travel about the southern UK regions... We live in the States. Your adventures are incredible!
Can’t wait to get home now to watch another beautiful tour with Aden! One of these days I would love to see your back garden because it sounds beautiful. ❤
Watched this while getting ready before work this morning and it was so enjoyable, it's a rainy day here in Nebraska in the US and this paired perfectly with a quiet, cozy way to start the day. Been loving your adventures! ❤
Loved this video, made me want to head out onto the moors. Been a while since I've done a hike up there. Burrator is one of my favourites 🙂 I had a friend who lived in Princetown and we went out there on NYE one year. We went outside at midnight and you could hear the inmates at Dartmoor prison cheering and banging against the bars. It was super eerie!
that was the best hiking vlog i ever seen. Maybe you didnt see my feedback but yet considered it hahaha i loved how much time you took to really let us take in the views and little creeks around and all in all it was amazing to watch. I am so glad you have a great time doing this. Your mood really transfers via the screen to me and i love that. Thank you so much! My favourite was actually the "lord of the rings" spot you showed us. I would have just stayed there all day long to be honest haha!
I’ve always been really scared of Dartmoor. It’s always been a spooky place in my mind. Probably from reading Hound of the Baskervilles and other novels featuring moors like Jamaica Inn. This has shown me that it’s not all bad 😊 another great video 😊 Still scared of bogs and mires though…
So that is an English moor...it's made a nice contrast to your other showings. In fact there were a lot of variations in the moor itself, the craggy areas, the wooded parts, sweeps without a tree for miles, the lake, the boggy swamp, so many little brooks. The sky is so much more a factor in the open areas, and there were some lovely clouds that day. I love it when I can stand on a relatively high point and see the clouds sweeping by. I just seem to get a feel of the vastness of the earth and sky. I've seen pictures of the stone circles before. They are very intriguing. I never realized they have the row opf standing stones that look like they're guiding the way to them? Is that unique to just this one? It looked like they stretched along your path for quite a way. How helpful to use an ancient wayfaring method that is still here to this very day. The ruin seemed to have had actual walls, so I doubt it could've been a quarry for the stones. Princetown seemed to almost be a part of the moor. Hope your roast beef was delish. Please keep them coming, Aden!
Oh Aden what a wonderful, warm and witty soul you are. Thank you for another lovely hike video. It’s feels so much like we’re all there with you. The glow worm telling us a spooky story was very funny. Xx
You don’t know how much I love that you’re sharing your walking adventures. There is a lot of walking YT out there I’m sure, and I wouldn’t know where to start. And now I don’t have to, because watching your channel feels like sharing this passion with an old friend. I walked the Cotswolds Way in Summer 2012 and it was the wettest walk I’d ever done. But so beautiful! I cannot wait for you to do the West Highland Way. It’s a lovely walk and very doable even for the more inexperienced, which you are not! You certainly are ready! If I ever run into you on a trail I’ll say hi and try not to scare you 😊
What a beautiful place. I would really love to be able to visit places like this. And I took one look at your tent and immediately thought she was definitely an Astrid. lol
I'm only about 8 minutes in and it's already so beautiful. I'm sad I'll have to go to bed soon since it's nearly 11:30 PM in Nigeria but I'll continue tomorrow! I'm glad you decided to start this channel. It's great to see beautiful sites like this, even if on a phone screen
Another comment now that I finished the video. Tent name suggestion: Tamara. I'm so proud of you for your first solo wild camping! Glad it wasn't scary. And maybe a build video suggestion: since you stayed at that beautiful converted-prison hotel and we got to see a bit of Dartmoor Prision, you could do a build based on those, and turn them into apartments!
Fantastic work Aden! Love the music and your sound is great! And the view is stunning in 4k!!! How lovely it would be to see drone shots but imagine if everyone was setting their drones all at the same time. Would totally ruin the ambience. Your tent is Dora ;)
teagan the tent is my suggestion! loved this video, your hiking/camping/somethinginnatureing videos are always fabulous ❤perfect with a cup of tea (or two)
This was absolutely gorgeous. I loved where you camped. It was so beautiful the sunset and everything. And yeah I could see why other people would want to be up there too because it seems like such a great spot. Just a whole trail with beautiful and to be able to go around and hike without worrying about some crazy person coming out of the woods and killing you. So that's the beauty of not being in the States!! 😂
Tried to come up with a funny name for your tent and I didn't get any further than Antoitennte, cleary I need to work on my comedy skills.... Anyway, I could watch this channel all day. Thanks for taking us with you
Sharpitor (opposite side of Burrator Reservoir to Sheepstor) also has a fantastic view & rocky climb - many of the tors in that area consumed my childhood in the summertime! I've just returned back to the states from our annual summer trip to England, visiting family, but I'm glad you had a wonderful time in this rugged landscape! Looking forward to more Dartmoor NP videos in the future! xx p.s. the US flag hung in the Princetown Church might be because the church was built by American prisoners of war (a young gentleman working at the National Park Visitor Centre is very knowledgeable and passionate about the area and can tell you all sorts of interesting facts!)

Devices don’t get turned on until later. A plethora of hot and cold drinks/smoothies and silence. Bliss. 55:30 AWWW THE BABY 🥹 Another brilliant tour. Gotta love those giraffes 😌 Hope you guys had a delish roast ❤
Gorgeous video yet again and stunning views! You sitting in your tent in the dark looking like a ‘glow worm’ aka condom just made my day! 😂 can’t wait for more ❤
The view from the tent!! Absolutely stunning, reminds me of one of the locations in the last but one HP film where they're camping. I absolutely love these videos, the spooky story added so much
Dartmoor is absolutely gorgeous and soooo different than my corner of the world. Ohh and the sheep 🥰 Thanks for bringing us along . PS..call your tent Rosie, Rosie is a fun name 😃

Hey Pierre! So nice to meet you too, glad you made it to Cornwall safely, enjoy the rest of your adventure :)
Tour guild Aden - "Over here they're mined resources for things"
"Over here was a building for a reason, I don't fucking know"
¯\_ (ツ)_/¯
Bob's your uncle and Fanny's your tent. Awesome vid. I'm staying tuned.
Thank you for taking us on your adventures Aden. I loved every minute of it, Dartmoor is stunning!! And there can only be one name for a tent - Peggy.
Brilliant 😄
Of course!
I LOVE Peggy for a name!
Hiking with you in spirit as I walk on the treadmill lol
Oh, me too! Just spotted your comment after I posted. Virtual hiking club 😂
wooo! Watch out for the Hound of the Baskervilles!
I'd probably try to feed it treats tbh
"I gotta go Julia, we got cows!" Twister!
Absolutely lovely video. Thanks for sharing!
Yes! Can't wait for Twisters 🌪
I’m loving your wanderings so much. I go to Burrator and Dartmoor a lot, just to feel zen. I can’t wait to see the Cotswold way. Thanks Aden for taking us along with you and the quality work you consistently produce, here and on your Sims channel 💕

Love it 😍

I was going to suggest Gloria for the tent set in glorious views, but Peggy (my aunt) is very popular for good reason.

That little foal!! I'd die for him
The UK landscape is one of the main reasons why I want to move there.
Thanks for bringing us along . PS..call your tent Rosie, Rosie is a fun name 😃
The stone circle was amazing! Lovely video Aden. Watched it whilst on my treadmill, does that count as a hike? lol 😂
Aww, thank you for taking me on your adventure Aden its absolutely gorgeous. You've definitely given me some inspiration to go hiking. I do love the countryside, and I think I'd be in my elimination. I look forward to your next adventure ❤ the circle dates back to 1500 BC bronze age, and there's a cist in the centre of the circle which would have been for the ashes of a chief there you go my lovely get me doing a bit history 😊 ❤
I truly love your beautiful videos. Got chills when you arrived at the stone circle. Suggestion for the tent's name: Tabitha Titterton
It's so great seeing you have such a great time camping. Seeing you setup your camp was amazing. You do it in such a practiced way, too! May I suggest for your long distance hikes you break the content into parts and upload them separately. I hope you stay well.
Oh I will be! The Cotswold Way videos will be done in 5(ish) parts I would imagine
can't wait to watch later 💙
We are sooo lucky to live on the edge of 2 beautiful National Parks -I live a short drive from The Lake District..I now want to visit Dartmoor -what an amazing place..❤️
