Is the used only for sublimation? Or, can you use the Cricut infusible ink transfer sheets?

Yes, you put the sublimation paper into your printer.
Just viewed your video on the tumbler heat press. I’m not familiar with a tumbler press.

I liked this video - I just got my tumbler press and have only done one tumbler so far. Have you ever used plain clear glass with the Tumbler Press? or Are the Frosted Glass the best for Sub?
Thank you! So fun! I haven't tried clear glass but you can sublimate on clear or frosted. I really want to do a dedicated video on the glass tumblers. I'm hoping to get that video out in a couple weeks :)

I would really like to see this from the very beginning where you find the design and print it then go through the sublimation of the tumblers.
Is your printer a sublimation printer or a regular printer with special ink? I looked it up on epsons site it says discontinued but showed a comparable model, but it doesnt mention sublimation anywhere, can you give me some insight please?
I bought a regular printer the epson ecotank 2760 but I put sublimation ink in it before using it. The other comparable models would work the same! I have a video showing how I set up my printer which might be helpful! Here's that video: ua-cam.com/video/fn4oI6mDBcI/v-deo.html
