      No it doesn't. It goes "history is written by the victors."

      Can you expand on that? Nowhere does this upload say there were no books during Arab civilization.

    Hi,
    Arabic language is one of the oldest languages out there; btw it dated back to Yourub ibn khahtan يعرب which is Arabic got its name from,b4 that Himyarite kingdom and language was alive also a tribe named Gerhom from Yemen travel north to Makkah valley which used to be a desert before the kabah appear or even been built then found إسماعيل prophet Ismail as a child with his mother Hager then teaching him Arabic etc…plz read more about south Arabia history there were too many kingdoms n ethnicity in that area 4-5 +centuries ago …
    Arabic written without dots “.”at beginning for a few years then add the dots for non-Arabic عجم speaks so could speak it n understand it !

      This is a myth. No place for folktales in academia unless your focus study is...folktales.
