    MOONG DAL- 1/2 Cup
    Pumpkin- 1/2 kg
    Water- 4 Cups
    Turmeric powder- 1/2 tsp
    Kashmiri chilli powder - 1 tsp
    Salt( according to taste )
    Grated coconut- 1/2 Cup
    green chilli- 1 nos
    Garlic - 4 Flakes
    Cumin seeds- 3/4 tsp
    Water- 2 Cups
    Small onion- 15 nos
    Garlic - 10 nos
    Coconut oil- 3 tbs
    Mustard Seeds-1tsp
    Dry red chillies - 2 nos
    Curry Leaves
    Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
    Crushed dry red chillies - 1 tbs
    Kachil
    Kashmiri chilli powder - 1/2 tsp
    Beetroot - 1 nos
    green chilli- 1 nos
    Cumin seeds - 1/2 tsp
    Salt( according to taste )
    Curd - 1 Cup
    Coconut oil- 1 1/2 tsp
    Mustard Seeds- 1 tsp
    Dry red chillies - 3 nos
    Curry Leaves
    Ghee - 1 1/2 tbs
    moringa leaves - 1 Cup
    Salt( according to taste )
    Rice - 1 Cup
