I know this place and Riverwoods does not hire anyone of color or any other kind other than "white" within their admin team. They do, however, do employ folks below the administrative management team. So if you are in food services or cleaning services, you will see color. If you are applying for anything in administrative (HR, Finance, Accounting, IT, Director and Management), you may possess all of the credentials and high honors and standards but one that stands ultimately about employment opportunities is your skin color. Shame on these folks. I know who runs this place and while they do offer great services to the residents - this is a luxury senior home care and the noses of the management staff here are higher than Mt. Rushmore. The families of the residents don't really care about what goes behind the scenes of the admin staff. As long as residents are taken care of and tended to, that is all that matters. But the company value and core values are not seen within their organization and discrimination of color is stewed to perfection.

RiverWoods takes inclusion very seriously - our Inclusivity Philosophy states: “We define inclusivity as welcoming people. All people. We are thoughtful and intentional in developing our community to welcome the broadest spectrum of people, and we seek to consistently cast the widest possible net to expand the pool of potential residents, employees, and trustees. We are stronger for our differences. We are stronger, together.”
But, we don’t just say we’re inclusive - we take action. We have engaged one of the region’s leading diversity and inclusivity educators, Jermaine Moore, of the Mars Hill Group, to train all of our employees and managers.
We are actively hiring, and we seek the very best from all walks of life, regardless of race, ethnicity, creed, or sexual orientation. Check out: careers-riverwoodsrc.icims.com/ for our open positions.
If you feel our hiring practices are not representative of the working population of New Hampshire, we invite you to meet with us in person to share your concerns.
