Thanks a lot my brother for honoring Yekini. I remember seeing him one night at Queens hall U.I when he came to visit his girlfriend . Watching him play shows you how overrated most strikers of these days are.
The world is never fair. The great people always get to suffer the most, and the most futile and unimportant people sometimes get all the attention, bizarre and weird as it is, but it’s like the animal world and nature it is never fair.
We Africans are wicked people...Where are Rashidi's former teammates as well ? I know some of them are still millionaires no doubt...a country like Nigeria with so many rich people and none stepped in to help a hero and legend like him...Nigerian Gov is useless and evil...this is unbearable to watch and it really pained me, and im not even a Nigerian...but as an African and a fan of football, I appreciate and love Rashidi for what he's done for our Continent !!! May Allah admit him to Jannatul Firdaws ameen

Thank you too, sir.
He was such a great striker. It was a pity we lost such a legend at an early age.
He was an African Football Icon and so sad to see his aged mum's situation, His mum deserved better. greeting from Mogadishu
Thank you, Abdul. His mum truly deserves better.
I am just hoping that help comes her way.
Such a tragedy for a football hero,God bless his soul
Amen.
He was the best player I have ever seen play for my club, Vitória Futebol Clube.
Yeah, he was very good during his Vitória Setubal days.

Ameen.
It is unfortunate my brother, the society and government do not care for legends.
