I was about to sit in the bath and read on Kindle with my brand new iPhone 15 Pro Max and accidentally knocked it into the tub which was only like puddle deep I freaked out lol. Everything seems to be fine!

Assuming your toilet has fresh water, no, it won’t be damaged. You would have to let it be there for more than 30 minutes for it to have a chance to be damaged.
