Love it! I'm really jealous of many of those tools. None more so than the large number of early 90s safety glasses...

12:30 it's vice or vise. Plural is vices. Since it is a single piece (with lots of gears) it should be singular ;) And speaking of langeage issues - your name is of Polish descent and thus should be read "Maletzky" or Mawetzky" (with "w" like in "whisky") since it comes from the Polish name "Małecki" (of little). In Polish your full name would be Jan Małecki (Little John like the ompanion of Robin Hood - perhaps an idea for a new series of t-shirts ;) )

I love shop tours and the recap of last years projects. You should give the reasons why you laid it out like you did. My shop is laid out for sizing rough lumber. I need to work on setup for sanding and finishing.

Love watching your shows. Gives me ideas and hope to have fun with working with wood.
It might be well below you, but would you consider making some how to clips on using some of the basic tools? Table saw, router, sanders, things like that. I think the way you can break it down for the slower people would make for some great help.

@@raul0ca lmao! I have an old Ryobi plastic jobsite saw, some Makita cordless tools, and I just bought a 735X Dewalt Planer and Delta 6" benchtop jointer.
I took the guts out of the tablesaw and built a wood tablesaw from it because it cut more crooked than a politician. I'm going to build a Biesemeyer fence for it probably next week.
My issue currently is finding kiln dried lumber. The construction grade shit at my local stores is crap! I cut a 2x6 in half today and the middle of the cut separated by 4 or 5 inches!!! Literally bowed in opposite directions! Everything I got has warped beyond use at this point.
If I don't find kiln dried lumber, then I won't be making anything out of wood!

Hey there 62 did you make GRILLED Christmas cookies? Back in early October when YOU; "Shop Chef", caused my keyboard to malfunction. I took solace in the fact that even though I drooled all over my keyboard(totally YOUR fault Shop Chef) at least come the Holiday season my favorite Squirrely Yizer would show, inform, and even instruct how to make Christmas cookies on the grill. Funny there 62 I never got the notification that yinz were makin some Christmas cookies on the grill. Now lookee here these shop tours with all these fancy tools are all well and good, but , I am a fat guy and I got awful excited about shop made food. You set me up 62 now I gots to wait til next Christmas to find out how 62 grills some Christmas Cookies. Just funnin the shop tour was tremendous, the cheeseburgers and fries were awesome, but, since I had to keep rewindin the video to keep up with yinz collage edumacated folk I definitely heard you say you were gonna grill some Christmas cookies. Thanks fer the hard work and the resipees. PS My collage edumacated wife typed up most of this here til she got tired of hearin me talk about grilled Christmas cookies. On a serious note John, Sam, and Jordan, you guys are great keep up the great work, the videos coming, and most importantly don't forget to PUNCH TODAY IN THE FACE!
