Thanks everyone for the sweet comments. Generally, fashion lawyers do not earn as much as lawyers working at law firms. However, our hours are less grueling and much more stable (9-6pm, no weekends).
Beauty and brains - love it! xo
WOW this is amazing ! I'm studying law in Mexico City ! You inspired me a lot ! You have a dream job ! Wish one day I can be like you
Xoxo
Is there any main subjects that we need to take in order to get a better chance to be a fashion lawyer other than intellectual property?? Thank you
Great video!! I would love to see more videos from you to see your blog come to life!
Thank you for this video, it was very helpful! You are an inspiration, and it is awesome that you are successful as both a lawyer and blogger. :)

Hi Jenny, I am an educator who is considering becoming a fashion designer one day, however, a friend mentioned Fashion Law and I am amazed! Do you think it would be possible to eventually do both? I noticed you mention less grueling hours and wonder if it would be possible given the demands of the job. P.S. this video was a Godsend! Thanks in advance.
This is such a good video thanks, is there any books you recommend ? Could you do a video on your face books xxx
Thank you so much Mam !
Perfectly fitting
Hi jenny,
I studied law in the UK and realised I then wanted to be a fashion designer. Now, i realise I can combine both... and later become a fashion designer. How difficult do you think the transition will be?
Can we do fashion design and fashion law?
Hello, can you put the Arabic translation please ?, I need it for my college
Hello Jenny! Are you still practicing Fashion Law?
How much do you make annually?
How can I contact you mam as I am a fashion law applicant for masters !
Here is my question: It sounds like fashion law is mostly based in Intellectual Property...If so, would you still recommend majoring in an engineering or science based field as an undergrad in order to take the patent bar exam - even if I want to go into fashion law?
I know that sounds confusing, I'm just trying to decide what to declare as my undergrad major if I do decide to go into Fashion Law and be success!
Hi Jenny! I'm currently in the process of deciding where to go to law school as admission offers are rolling in. I am extremely interested in Fashion Law and becoming a Fashion Lawyer. I saw on your blog that you attended USC Law School. Firstly, did you specialize in Intellectual Property Law or something else while you were in school? Secondly, since there are now schools such as Fordham Law and even Loyola Law in Los Angeles that now offer a Fashion Law curriculum, do you think it would be better to pursue this specialty at one of these schools or attend a school with a really strong and relevant specialty program like IP Law? I'm asking this in reference to employment opportunities (as I'm sure you are aware of how bleak the legal market is). Thanks!
I have the same question! please reply Jenny. Thanks!

Medical malpractice is a specific legal field so yes you can definitely specialize in it! I recommend taking courses in health care, insurance, contracts, and torts in law school.
