hi..i tried your moist chocolate cupcakes and they turned out great today. i'm looking for similar version of vanilla cupcake. Are these the one or is there a different one? I don;t see you adding hot water in this recipe like i did for Chocolate...so checking if there is exactly the similar one
Hi I made these this morning. They are delicious but have a shrunk a little - when they came out after 18mins they were very pale golden and had a slight dome . As they’ve cooled they’ve flattened off and the sides of the case are almost straight. Any thoughts on what might’ve happened please?
It's normal for them to do that a little bit, but mine usually still have a little dome on top after cooling. If yours seem to have shrunk a lot, it could be a number of things - something with your baking powder, over baking or even over mixing are probably most common.
I finally found a cupcake recipe that came out right! I've watched so many tutorials and my cupcakes always turned out bad. This is the first time where they came out amazing. I was afraid of messing up again so I didn't make the frosting but I definitely will next time. Thank you so much!
