I don't know why you all agreed to collaborate in the video. You all should've realized the extreme dangers they did. Every non-gym goer who watches Jarvis and others in this video will think this video is an example of how to get stronger in the gym.

I don't know what is motivating these guys to keep producing these dangerous strength test videos. On every single strength test, they are all making extreme weight increases per set; terrible depth in the squats, rounded back on deadlifts, swinging far back on the bicep curls (which puts pressure on your spine), and not performing the bench press correctly. The barbell must touch your chest, and then press until your arms are locked out straight. Also, the spotter should not be touching the barbell during the bench press unless the lifter can't bench press the weight. I don't know why Tom and Luke agreed to this... they should've taught them how to lift correctly and load a weight amount for the next round of lifts.
Everyone reading, please do not do what these guys are doing in the gym. Don't let your ego take over. Get a personal trainer and they'll help you be stronger and teach you how to lift correctly.
