I think it’s easier to understand, if people like me, also paint. I often use markmaking in my watercolorpaintings, wich make it more clear, how to also paint them in my journals. If someone say ”i can’t paint ”, they also don’t use markmaking in there journals, for some reason..😄🤔🖌️
Hi Anne, thank you so much for sharing your thoughts. I resonate with you. I feel that is so truth. We make big bounderies, between art journals, sketchbooks, or painting on a canvas. And because of that we limit things we can add into our journals. As for me my art journal is a space for exploration as in sketchbooks, and I use them to create and generate ideas for possibly things bigger I think we need and can add all the techniques and priciples of paiting in there, so we gorw and feel more confident to go out of our journal and create on other surfaces. Do you use your journals to explore your paintings and creativity or you feel you use them with another purpose?🥰😘
@@FranciscaNunes Just my thoughts to. We have a lot of ”bounderies” and ”can’t dos”, in todays craft. Many people think they can’t create, if they don’t have the right things. I often use the frase”- Use what you have arond you, i does’t need to look exactly the same as mine.” I make journals for everything..🙈🤣📘 I have daily journals, hollidayjournals, creativity journals, watercolorjournals/sketchbook, and so on. I think i love the process of making my journals, nearly as much as useing them. Nature is my ”go to”, and i often ads flowers, leafs, sticks and grass, in my books. My latest journal did i make from an cigarrbox..😄📘❤️👍🏻
Do you explore mark making on your art journal pages or collages? Where do you find the ideas for your marks? Let me know in the comments
Your ideas have encouraged me to follow the inspirations that I find in nature in my own way. Thankyou.
Thank you so much for all those ideas. Love it.
You are most welcome. So happy that you enjoyed it. Thank you.
The flower centerpieces are pistons and Staimens
Thank you so much. Sometimes my English traps me. Thanks a bunch.
