with a very thin brush you can paint the grasses one by one, for example with a dagger brush.

Hello, I tried to follow this tutorial. The brush you use for the tree (leaves) is a flat brush or that ones that are cylindric and flat at the top? Because if I load the brush with paint I need to first do that stroke several times in a paper before painting the leaves to release some paint otherwise is just like stains. And even doing that I don't get exactly the same effect. Nonetheless, great work of yours, thanks!

What I use to paint the foliage is a bristle flat brush.
If you find the paint you're picking up is too much, then yes, it's a good idea to do a few brush strokes elsewhere first and then start painting the foliage. I also do it by dipping it in and doing a few brush strokes a little lower down if I find too much and then start painting the foliage.

Hi! I think it is a very simple genre, if you mean the technique then acrylic. If you mean the style, I don't think it has a name of its own, the essence is that I paint usually black silhouettes against bright backgrounds. But if you wanted to name it, you could say arterism :D

because then the top would be too dark and the top of the tree would not be visible because it would merge with the background. 😊

Oh my the foliage part doesn't seem to work with poster paint 😭
What is poster paint? I have read it many times in the comments here, but I can't find a translation into my native language.
Can you explain what poster paint is?
@@ArterHungary basically it is quite similar to acrylic paint but the difference is that the poster paint dry faster, Matt looking, and easy too come off when wet whereas the acrylic paint permanent, dries quite slower, and kinda glossy.
