I love this tiny home and I am obsessed with tiny homes in general but this one is just beautiful. It’s perfect. It’s exactly what I would love to have. Maybe someday if we get the property I want by the lake we could get a tiny home and put it on the property. I would get this one in a heartbeat.
I love this little house!! It's cozy, farm/cottage style and the wrap-around porch is perfect for relaxing and entertaining outside. The only changes I would make if it were mine, would be to nix the sink in the laundry and add an upright storage area for broom, mops and a couple of coat hooks in there out of sight, and add a tub/shower combo in the bathroom. I love this one!!
That sink has many uses, it's good for washing BIG pans, Xtra items from a large dinner, washing out clothing by hand, big items, dirty garden gloves or utensils or maybe even washing a small pet 🐈
@@cindydorado4718 but in such a small house, chances are slim for having large dinner parties, and all of those chores could easily be done in the kitchen sink or bathroom sink. My preference would be to have more storage space.
I like the porch and the overall feel of the place. If I were to build this design, I would lengthen the footprint to allow for a separate or partially separate foyer/entryway. Also, it would give the ability to maximize the laundry area. It is a bit snug for my liking, but all in all, it's a beautiful little house❤❤

Most of them are 3-D rendered before they are put into development. Sometimes I think people like you have nothing better to do with their day, that is so sad to me. You should try to pick up a hobby.
I like most of the design of this farm house cottage. I would add a half bath for guests. A stackable washer and dryer that will give more room to the area. Also a well insulated shed outside for tools, storage, etc.. maybe put the side porch near the kitchen with an outside entrance.
I can't find a reason for a bedroom without a proper window. Otherwise, the general layout is very cozy and it has very pretty details. I love the outside space in the front porch.
Let’s all go to Gramma and Grandpa’s house! Bunk beds in the second room for the grandkids! (Mom and Dad stay at a near by Bed & Breakfast✨💖✨). Plenty of outdoor space for play. Big family meals around the table-- I love it. The living room with a door leading to the kitchen & the dining area gives the feeling of an open plan without sacrificing precious wall space for monitors, shelves and other storage options. Well done! (Building it on a lot that would allow a finished, walk out basement would be heaven.)
Beautifully done Jasper! Your rooms have awesome flow and continuity! My only caution, don't over decorate, small spaces can look cluttered with decorations. If you took the vase off the poof stool, your family room would be perfect. You have come a long way since the beginning, I enjoy coming to your channel very much!
The second bedroom needs a large window on that wall like in the first bedroom. The window above the bed isn’t adequate for escaping if you need to get out.
Don’t care for the fact you walk through the front door and BAM…you’re right smack in the middle of the living area. I would put the front door entrance where that bench is at that front window.
I would want all the windows to be the same, and I don't need a dishwasher so I would rather have more counter space. But...yes please! It's beautiful.
Yes, this is a good one. Well laid out with pops of colour. Really love the kitchen. So much room and the breakfast bar is a great idea. The long table is great for entertaining. The fireplace with the TV above is great too. I guess my only criticism is the same - not keen on white furnishings, especially in lounges. Like dark colours, they are cozier, especially on cold days and nights. Also easier to clean. But yeah, do like this one.
Four doors in the living room takes away from the floorspace. I'd close off the door into the kitchen, move the fridge and remove the table. I'd turn the island, make ut longer and use it as a table. Where the door was removed I'd add floor to ceiling cabinets. There isn't any place to store linen, pillows, blankets unless you use underbed storage. The living room really needs rearranging of doors and built-ins to alliow for maximum use of floorspace and add more storage.

The entry is good, but if this were my house I'd remove the purely cosmetic fireplace and lower the TV to a better height. The kitchen is tight on counter and cabinet space, but the laundry room helps in that regard. One bedroom lacks good natural light.
@@lorielundgren7169 Those that work different shifts and need sleep when there's daylight appreciate a dark bedroom. That's why I'd never have a skylight in a bedroom!
The second bedroom behind the kitchen needs a window 🪟 on one of those walls for light to come in. You might as well add an ensuite bathroom right behind that porch to connect to the main bedroom, and the laundry room needs to have washer and dryer on top of each other. And I cannot emphasize enought built ins are a major must in small spaces 🥺 please.
Lovely house; I just don't care for the window in the second bedroom; I would want one like the one in the first bedroom. More light, air flow, and fire exit safety.
Its cute, but needs more counter space for me in the kitchen, and definitely a 2nd bath room with a tub. More closet storage space, otherwise It very cozy.
Maybe one of those drawers has another draw inside it for those things. I’ve seen those types of drawers in some kitchen. You are right though, you definitely need somewhere practical for those things.

Love the addition of the laundry room! I agree with another about adding an additional toilet (in laundry). Saves from queuing for potty.
