I have order same model plasma cutter like this and they send me wrong torch IPL-50 torch with 5 pin connection and the machine only have two pins, the aviation pins. i can't even find consumable for the wrong torch on amazon i read review about this problem but i still order it, now it a headache
P.S if i want the ordinary torch i have to pay a additional $84 USD on amazon, which is the IPT 40 Torch and with consumable is $124 USD

I bought one of these. During setup I found the air regulator/filter came broken and would turn in the unlocked position. Then I went to cut metal for the first time. The machine only counts up from 20 to 35 amps. Ok fine the interface is off. Go to do a cut and the main arc never fires after the pilot arc. The ground is clean and well attached. What the heck?!

Hello, you don't know why the gas check indicator light comes on when I'm cutting and it didn't come on for you.

Hi there! The detailed steps are outlined in the user manual. You can connect the gas tube by inserting it through the pressure regulator, then attaching it to the gas inlet at the back of the machine.

I just purchased a number of these machines from Jeff's Jungle site AKA Amazon for myself and dear friends. How is the warranty situation resolved for your customers to keep them happy? How frequently have you had PCB printed circuit board or other failures modes with this unit? How much do these replacement parts cost when out of warranty? How long is the factory warranty? This machine is not compatible with CNC, but CT2050 is.😊

yes it can. you have to manually install your trigger wires to the motherboard. the RAW power and ground. or buy a machine that they already did it for you charging you hundreds more for 2 wires.
