A couple of important bits that I'd like to talk about:
1. The music: The music is absolute banger, the reasons why I don't dedicate a whole scene to it are the following: Mili's songs are copyrighted; I don't know if it only affects reach and spread of the video or also affect monetization. Furthermore, I have no idea how to fluidly include a scene for Mili songs without breaking the pace of the video.
2. The story: The reason why it is a very brief summary is because the lore, as I've said, is very extensive. It's a whole novel with the amount of dialogue, characters, groups, and storylines.
3. The future: The future of this channel would be review style videos just like this one. You might accuse me of being a clone of Sseth or Max0r, and I won't blame you since I draw heavy inspiration from those two. I will try to make my videos unique, not too seizure inducing as Max0r's videos while not being too devoid of memes as SSeth's.

Nah, i don't think you are a clone, this is by now a new kind of comedy for youtube to experience, and as certain Arbiter would say, it was just time for it to emerge. Also... OOFFFF, You should try and record yourself playing a bit of Ruina, and ask for voices from other UA-camrs like Max0r's tend to do, It would be sick n n!

Oh you bet. I don't know what the deal is with Asian game developers, but they always develop the most insane and eldritch lore possible

I can buy that for the first game (Lobotomy Corp) but Library of Ruina is just hard enough to make it not a walk in the park for the extremely competent, while easy enough that pretty much anyone could beat it, if they're truly bad just through dumb luck if nothing else.
@@uGuardian4 To me it's damn hard because I have the brain of a lab chimp, but to some who play hard games their entire lives might find it easy. It's a matter of perspective really, just that the general consensus is that the game is hard

Souls games screw you over sometimes for fun. Ruina does it the entire time, after you've cleared the first quarter or third of the game anyway. Souls games to some extent let you use skill and cleverness to find your own way. Ruina gives you two choices: The Correct Way (where you still need luck on dice rolls!) and dying, potentially losing the ability to retry the current encounter, and looking up The Correct Way. What part of this is even a video game?^^
PM games are like smoking crack, and reading the lore is like having an overdose.
Couldn't have said it better myself. The game feels good to play, has reasons to keep people going with its story, music, art style, etc but also suffers from a difficulty curve in the form of a metronome. The community is also one of if not the nicest I've interacted with. Keep up the great work!
the first of what the fanbase calls "vertical difficulty spikes" would be the very milisecond you unlock the floor of natural sciences because you quickly unlock it's first abnormality, and that abnormality is Queen of Hatred
she's just as much of an annoying bitch that spikes the difficulty harder than adding cocaine to coffee as she was in lobotomy corporation

Project Moon also have 2 Comics and a Novel you can read for some extra Lore. All pretty good reads as the latest comic is still ongoing to this day. :)
For your information even though it's quite late. That's not their comic. It's their fan made it. So It's lack of the connection with Project Moon's story. You can read it if you're fan and share love with them.

@@heysiri3327 Yes, Wonderlab is not official comics of Project Moon. Only Leviathan (Comic) and The Distortion Detective (Novel) can be consider official of Project Moon. However, as the artist myself I don't recommend Leviathan so I am prefer The Distortion Detective.

I was watching the story compilation on UA-cam when this was in my recommendations because I got filtered in the game.

Library of ruina is the game equivalent of banging your head against a wall until you break through it, only to realize there's another wall behind it

Two games actually, one is Limbus company and the other we don't know much about except that it's a Roguelike rpg i believe.

Actually from what I remember Zena stated or at least alluded to the fact that Angela was the whole reason why the first laboratory was raided. The Head couldn't give two shits about inhuman experiments or children dying in said experiments but they do care about making sure that humanity is #1 and stays #1 so they made a bunch of laws like the Robot Rights Act or whatever it's called to push everything down and keep humanity #1. Angela of course threatened that even if she was in the Outskirts.

There’s someone on YT who made a summary of the plot of Lob Corp and LoR (although it’s halfway done) and some other guy made a 3:48 hour video summary of Angela’s story. Overall you’re gonna feel sad for Angela after you watch the video and would probably want to hug her.
I know I'm late but I wanted to point out, W Corp stole the train technology, their singularity is to be able to restore something to a previous form, which is the "clean up" part of the W Corp employee job

I actually came across this game while researching Kabbalah, Tree of Life, which has spheres like in the game and it has a lot of occult symbolism, didnt play the game. And the previous game focuses on the Tree of Death looks like. Which is the opposite order of initiation. Also the Trees are Inverted. Meaning the sphere of Binah and all other feminine spheres should be from your view on the right.
Finally, the actual LoR review (came from the barely played Switch review 😅)

Then the manipulation in the 4'o clock circus happened, and he was led down a dark path, Distorting instead of manifesting full E.G.O.

If this were able to be turn into a book, it would compete with the whole shakespeare's complete works + The Count of Monte Cristo (in terms of page count)

8:48 Does it though? Some of the combat page effects and status effects really aren't explained very well by the short blurbs the game gives you. Overall I'd say LoR really would have benefitted from some sort of ingame glossary.
It's a physical learning experience, personally I enjoy finding out about the status effects and combat pages in battle. And the game is already a glossary, mostly lore, but you'll understand with each battle what the effects does

I am pretty sure, that smoke war happened on its own.
The Smoke War was a result of Ayin's tampering and exposing the ways old L Corp. The Smoke War was the cultivation of Ayin's sabotaging to bring the old L Corp down so he could replace them and bring about Lobotomy Corporation for the Seed of Light Scenario
@@HopeDataa But during R corp sections of Ruina we are told that they were approached by a woman with red eyes to get their support during Smoke War. The only woman with red eyes we know of is Carmen, and in your synopsys she dies before that, somehow.
i love and hate this game
The game was fun until I got stuck, then I quit after one day, saying I'm not a quitter, playing for 3 hr evolve, beat the area I was stuck in, started having fun again, then looped.
This was my experience with LobCorp.
