I like how he mentions the Gaulur amulet which most people discover during the college questlines but not deathbrand, which is started by reading a book at level 36 or by looting a pirate chest with the item inside, the reward being a huge room of gold and a full set of enchanted stahlrim armor

Affairs of Hagravens and Darklight Tower's mother-daughter conflict are both less easy to come across than any of the quests you named, except the Longhammer one, which isn't a quest at all. Both require you to go to out of the way places that rarely or never feature in miscellaneous objectives and actually enter the location before they trigger. At least the East Empire and Midden ones are in places your character will almost certainly pass by. These quests can pretty much only be found by accident or by knowing where to look

Nobody talks about "The wolf queen awakened". Its part two of another quest you get in solitude what most people dont pick up.
First part is pretty much thrown at you when you go into the blue palast. You have to kill some cultists in a cave who wanna resurrect the wolf queen. However, If you talk to the guy who gave you the quest a few days after you killed the cultists, he will tell you that the wolf queens spirit hid down in the sewers under solitude. You go through a very unique looking dungeon and fight her there again.

It makes more sense to spare the Dremora pirate, by game lore, to save the Dremora as they can come back from their origins. Plus the treasure is great.
The Gauldor quest can be started via anyone of the 3 beginning stages. Usually the College Saarthal quest initiates for most.

It should be noted that the Gauldur Amulet has a chance to be glitchy, and could possibly be worn at the same time as any other lesser necklace. So the sooner you go get it, the better your stats at a lower level.
Also, you have to equip the Amulet first, then the other necklace you desire to wear for the doubling effect to take place. If it will at all.
I want to note, it's not always glitchy, but since it's a Bethesda game, the possibility is always there.

whats weird about the east empire company one (which I only found a couple of months ago) is after talking to the imperial and starting the quest, it completed one of those misc quests that tell you to go start other quests, just like the "join the imperials" misc quest. So I think there was supposed to be a way to be told to go there like asking about rumors, but I never found anything like that and never even had the quest to go there until it told me it was competed.

the East Empire Company quest isn't that lowkey considering the fact after you finish it the guards across the holds through random dialogue, will thank you as they can import their 'aged breton cheese' now. It may appear as 'hidden' due to the ragged and hidden quest location, however considering the aftermath and the EEC's role in Skyrim's trade, it becomes quite an important quest.

I think "The Ghost of Old Hroldan" is way more hidden than most of these combined.
In an inn deep in the reach very far from anything of importance AND you have to rent a room to start it.
Besides the fact that its in the middle of nowhere you also have to specifically trigger it by doing something only some role/survival players would do.

That's quite funny: I've been playing Skyrim since 2013, clocked in over 1600h combined, and only yesterday by pure chance found the Liar's Retreat for the very first time. Mostly because I had always confused the entrance with a mod dungeon called Hormungstal (can't quite spell it correctly) and the door is locked until you do said quest so I never bothered to go there. And just as I was wondering how I could have missed this for an eternity, I also discover this video talking about it. BUT remaining true to the Skyrim way, the hammer seems to have bugged out and I did not loot it. I thought I had seen something on the altar, but then died to the encounter (legendary difficulty) and after reloading the item was gone and I assumed it to just be another piece of ranomized loot.
