Agree, seems to be loved by all throughout time, I was at a car show a small group of teenagers walked by a Chevelle and said "what is that, its beautiful" ..why I had to buy that car...priceless how this vehicle just transcends generation...
Had the pleasure of learning three chevelles My very first car was a 64 Malibu SS convertible bucket seats it just had a 283 in it not the high performance SS but if I had it today it would be worth a lot of change then I went to the junkyard many years ago found and 71 SS original 402 motor but it was gutted had the functional cowl hood I restored her after buying it for two grand and I was into it for a total of 9,000 that was one of the best three and a half years of my life what a lot of fun that car was I didn't do a frame off restoration but I didn't 90% ground up restoration it had good floor pans in it so I just rust proofed everything then my final shovel was a 69 SS and it was cloned almost got to finish that one unfortunately I had to take a loss on it but all good times love to work on Chevys especially chevelles maybe in the future there is a build coming it's just so much fun The best hobby I have ever had Good hunting fellas

Member having cars like this. Always made an excuse to keep a car that took 15 minutes and 4 cranks to get to idle. You just had to deal with it back then.

You can tell it’s has a card that’s why it won’t stay running when it’s cold. Spend all that money to build a awesome car and use a dinosaur fuel system when efi is so much better.
