Then you do a calculation to calculate Manon's time as a percentage compared to the World Record for that event. Heather can do whichever standard triathlon distance. Then another calculation to get another percentage from the world record. Then Manon and Heather can compare who got the best percentage compared to the world record.

I don't, because Jesus doesn't swim but walks on water, which is forbidden by the triathlon authorities.
It would be interesting to see at different grade hills and at what point cycling is less efficient. There’s probably a clear answer if I just Google it!
