    Mold size: 6-inch cake mould
    ►Ingredients:
    Cream Cheese (softened at room-temperature) 450g
    Sugar 110g
    3 eggs (at room-temperature)
    Cake Flour 10g
    Whipping Cream 225ml
    Lemon juice 2 teaspoons (optional)
