- Wild Turkey Kentucky Spirit Warehouse B vs Wild Turkey Kentucky Spirit Warehouse CN-E…. This is an old school blind fight Friday…. Where we both pour for each other while we are out of the room and try to guess which glass tastes better… will the camp Nelson bottle have more flavor and taste ??? Enjoy!!

You guys just keep doing videos I need to see. I have heard others rave about Camp Nelson so I got one about a month ago. Really digging it. Its my first Kentucky Spirit. I need to blind it myself against another.
@@mattschmitt9924 I highly recommend it…I think it was significantly better… the regular one is good… but Camp one was better… I blinded my buddy Steve the other day and he picked the camp one… it just seems thicker and richer and more viscous…. If you do blind it let me know if you pick it…
@@lesscashmoremash will do
I had a Camp Nelson F. One of my favorite bourbons. So good I went back and bought 4 more bottles. Great show.
@@ScottW4631 nice…. Going to have to keep looking since the camp Nelson E was better… going to have to see if I can find an F and compare..
Got the same, it’s a weird mix of green apple, peanut, and funk. Wish I could return it, never reach for it. Also have a Russell’s CN-E pick and not fond of it. Russell’s TY-K and TY-Q picks have been exceptional IMO. So much cherry and red fruit.
@@dneuens interesting… will have to keep an eye out for another Russel’s
I think ive seen cn-e cn-f and idk if it's right but I seen a hunting video of a cn-a I believe but I could be wrong if theres an "A" or not. I wish I would've picked up the e and f I seen on my bases package store.
@@SHHDADDYSWORKN we have the E and I think it is a step above the regular…I will be on the lookout for more… just to be able to put them against each other
This show sounds like if you asked AI: make mark wahlberg and Peter griffin discuss wild turkey bourbons.
The review was good and helpful!
@@chrisryen-h5f was it though??? lol I think I made my decision… but it wasn’t as unanimous as I had hoped…
😂😂😂😂
Love the Turkey, and my CN-E is also great. It was bottled the day before yours. I've heard the CN-Fs are even better. Once folks found out they were sourcing from Camp Nelson, they ALL disappeared around me. Cheers!
@@jasongower yeah that is what I figured…. I was shocked that Steve found one….. I will keep an eye out the the CN-F but am doubtful we will find one..
Great review and comparison. I have a great Kentucky Spirit Tyrone G bottle. Just picked up a Camp Nelson E and Camp Nelson F. Plan to compare them. 🥃
@@DaveVogelsang-b8v nice… let us know who wins… going to keep my eye out to see if I can find a CN-F…. Love to compare the two…
Ha! I picked up that same CN-E barrel/bottle while going through Springfield a couple months ago. Havent cracked it yet but glad to know its good.
If you guys can grab a Russell's Single Barrel pick, thats a great step up from the KY Spirits (110 proof and unfiltered vs the 101 and chill filtered KY Spirit) but it is about $20 more.
Julio's Camp Nelson B from 2023 was incredible! One of my favorite Turkey Bottles Ive owned.
Cheers fellas!
@@javieracosta3439 does Julio’s still have any??? Haven’t seen any Russell’s store pick near us but will be on the lookout for one..
@@lesscashmoremash that release has long since been gone (they do hold some back and release them to their loyalty members during big events). They had another pick this year chosen from the Tyrone campus. That one was just ok. Our stores down here in CT seem to get them often, not sure what's up with you're spots north of the border.
@@javieracosta3439 I agree…. There are a lot of whiskeys that seem to stop at our borders…. Or do a fly by and hit the northern states above us… but seem to not come here
Picked up a Kentucky Spirit back in January that's warehouse CN-F but haven't seen another bottle on shelves since then.
@@smknochs1 probably won’t…. I was shocked Steve found one… few bigger whiskey tube channels have mentioned them… so figured they would be all scooped up…to me it was significantly better…. Did this blind with my buddy Steve the other day and he picked out the Camp Nelson one…. Both good… Camp Nelson is just better
I currently have 7 different opened bottles and yes, they all taste slightly different with the CN bottles being really tasty.
@@shanecoats0724 nice..
Got a CN-F this week. I guess I was lucky.
@@dktopgun1571 yeah you were…. Those are hidden gems…
@@lesscashmoremash I will go back and see if they still have more. When I bought it, there were two bottles on the shelf.
Hey terrific video!!
@@christinecamley thank you…
Camp nelson E is delicious can't wait to find an f
@@lovequeen_4014 these are excellent..
Every once in a while I’ll get a CN single barrel that’s is noticeably better but not always.
@@sorryhungry729 this one was…. But like all whiskey…. Every barrel is different…
Doesn't this all come down to the individual barrel?
@@762weps ultimately yes…. But they use the camp Nelson ones for stuff like Russell’s 13 and 15… so they tend to be better tasting barrels…. But you are correct… it does depend on which single barrel is better… I heard all the rumors and wanted to see if they were true… and in this bottles case… I truly believe it is better than the one we had…
Bought a bottle of rare breed, one taste, the rest went down the sink. Hard pass.
@@josephshultz6726 wow… you might be the first person I have ever heard say that about rare breed.. but hey… that is why there are so many different tasting whiskeys… one out there for everyone!!
