I only make it a little
Different
I add 2tbs honey
And I cook the bacon
Medium to well
Then mix and bake

Brussel Sprouts are also a favorite in my house but I was wondering how you would amend this recipe if I use fresh instead of frozen brussel sprouts?

Oh you do make me laugh when I was in Greece my poor friends couldn’t get their head round Brussels sprouts and then I come to this conclusion it was because perhaps you need to be grown in England or colder countries but I know they also didn’t like frozen stuff very disgusting word frozen but time it looks very nice and I chuckled my way through it might do it myself you never know take care

Bacon is WAY to expensive right now. What can we sub for bacon?
I feel your pain lol Just try any other cold cut of choice just remember to add it half way through roasting because it’s thinner and requires less cooking time….
