Went Dubai last year took two 737 to charge all my devices, IPad Pro, phone, kids iPad and my ROG Ally. Honestly was surprised at how light the 737 was for what it is and well it kept my ally topped up.

Quick question what ally are you speaking of? Like the Rog ally? If so how does this hold up when mounting it to the back of the device

Was this allowed in hand carry on international flights?

Frustrating that they state capacity in meaningless Ah rather than Wh, which would actually tell me something useful

      Convert it ... (mAh)*(V)/1000 = (Wh)
Or just use an online converter

Very interesting your tests are if I was able to charge Cuktech in about 1 hour and 11mins with 120watts xiaomi charger

Are you like me? Or are planning on going with a different power bank than the Anker 737?

Thanks for your awesome review. I went with the Anker 737 as my primary travel unit for domestic flights, and went with both the CUKTECH & UGREEN for my local work. Needed a strong enough charger for these power banks, so I went with the Anker 240W USB C Charger. I'm okay traveling with this charger, even though it's not the smallest, so I can recharge my power banks and work off a laptop at the same time, if needed.

Why not review the Anker Prime instead of the 737?

I have been using a 737 for about 6 months, very happy with it. But just bought a INIU BI-B64 PowerNova and have to do some more comparisons but I think I like it better. Seems to run cooler for one thing.

You should have tested the Alfox (RAVPower) version. It has a higher capacity and it's considerably less expensive. Anker does make good products; they're just expensive.

Actually at some point im down to try some RAVPower devices on my channel and see what they are like. You are right about Anker making expensive but good products!

The 737 has a big downfall compared to the Aukey-designed Euker metal body charger you reviewed here.
The latter supports simultaneous input and output at any combination of power levels. For example, I can plug my relatively power-hungry ThinkPad P1 into it (charges 100W from USB), and then plug the battery pack into the car 30W charger. This arrangement offers a few benefits. First, the computer doesn't constantly draw 100 watts. Once its battery is charged, it only uses what's needed, allowing the battery pack to slowly regain some charge while connected in this manner. The computer requires at least a 60 watt charger to even acknowledge it, and it this isn't provided, it simply ignores the charger. Using the battery pack allows the computer to work in the car. This arrangement also allows you to extend runtime if you simply don't have enough charger to supply the device you have, with the battery pack delivering the extra and the charger propping it up for a bit.
The Anker 737 only supports simultaneous input and output ONLY if the voltages are the same and the input has a greater amperage capacity than the output. for example, if you plug a 100 watt device in, and then a 60 watt charger, even if the 100 watt device is only drawing 15 watts, the 737 will not charge.
The Cuktech behaves as the Aukey/Amegat/Powdeom/Euker, but a little less efficiently.
    I own all three.

6:02 That battery specification is Anker Prime 20,000 mAh, not Anker 737

I personally have liked the cuktech power bank in this review, besides the name 😏. If you’re interested in seeing how it compares to the starship aohi 40K mah power bank I’m actually going to be dropping a review on it this month 👍. I’ll be doing the same tests like I did in this video!

These are indoor powerbanks doesn't charge HP Laptops which is worthless to me. The outdoor powerbanks can charge a small fridge and it's about $200 bucks
