Years ago i would use a sort of plastic film drawing paper in the drawing office. looked like tracing paper. They became the master copy to copy via ammonia uv printer. Always thought if it was sandwiched between two sheets of glass or perspex would make a good rear projection screen.

Looks cool but what happens if there's too much light in the room, does picture get washed out?
Hi Tampatec, thanks for you question. The more light in the room the stronger data projector you need to use to keep the image brilliant and shiny.

black diamond edgeless is a similar screen to this on. the sizes rang from 50 to 150 inch (diagonal) and cost about $5,000
Anthony Munoz Dear Anthony, according information we have, black diamond is a solution for front projection screens. Our projection film is for rear projection only (you install it from the rear side of the transparent substrate). And also a good news about price: Our price of the film to achieve same size: 150 inch diagonal is less than 3x cheaper than price you have mentioned :)

+Joseph Vincent Pelaez Hi Joseph. We have used very basic tailor made iron stands to hold the glass. This video is just to show the principle how the film works. It is not a final solution or complete product so we do not offer such equipment to be sold separately. We recommend to ask your local ironworker to produce such holder.

Hi, this is a 100" diagonal. The roll width is 1.24 but you can make large screens by putting more parts together.

The whole point is never buy anything you have to save up. Better off buy last year old model as goods always get old will never need to save up and will already be old. When you buy some model you are going to keep for more time then how old it is. When notice that you will still get everything.
