You may still have to analyse data etc (AO3 = analysis and evaluation) but less likely to have to explain how to carry out a practical
@@MrMurrayBiology ohh okay, thanks

what grade do you think someone coud get if they only revised the advanced info thoroughly. can they get a c
hey i was wondering if anyone could find the mark schemes on the physics maths tutor questions that were linked to his good doc. i cant seem to find them on the site
Hi, if you have the time could you go over any tips and tricks that you find useful for the OCR papers that could essentially get us few extra marks :) thank you
Absolutely - first check out my exam technique video but may get a chance to do one over half term
Realistically what grade can you get from only revising the advanced information?
Can multiple choice questions be on any topic? Like for example cellular control multiple choice can come up on paper 1?
I think multiple choice from all modules can come up this year. But 6.1 cellular control stuff would only come up in paper 2 (it definitely will) and maaaaybe a teeny bit in paper 3.
Hi, do you have the same table for each paper ? Found the paper one table really helpful :)
I will do… going to try and make it asap for the second paper
hi have u done a video on plant responses yet, im either blind or u haven't haha
That’s in with the hormones mindmap - plant and animal hormones on the 1 vid
hi, is homeostasis part of the plant and animal responses?
Nope - separate module
@@MrMurrayBiology Oh, I am a bit confused, what is the "animal responses" section then? As it says plant AND animal responses and there is no specific section in the textbook called animal responses. Thank you for your response.
@@bsamuelss animal responses is within that plant and animal section I suspect. It’s muscles, the brain, fight or flight response, reflex actions, controlling heart rate and structure of the nervous system
@@MrMurrayBiology Ah okay, thank you for clarifying, that'll be a great help with my revision! :)
@@bsamuelss and my animal responses stuff is in the nerves and muscles mindmap (see below the vid for which bits relevant)
Wow wow wow this is fantastic!! I am a team member of the @chatbiology group on twitter - would you like this to be shared on there? I also work for STEM learning UK and lead the only specialst Biology SLP in the UK. Would you like to share this across the STEM learning network?
