    Awesome! I have a PhD in immunology, but that was years and years ago. Thank you for posting this. It is fun to get a repetition of the subject. Look forward to the next episode!

    Hello I am currently studying masters found this productive information on innate but I am still waiting for the adaptive immunology part in detail. It's great to enjoy things in detail which are rarely taught in good institutes

    Hi Dave, I understand this has nothing to do with the video above but I have been using quite a lot of your geology and ecology videos to help me out a lot for my level geography course (UK) will you possibly make a video on atmospheric circulation, wind belts or ocean currents anytime soon??

    I find these types of vids much better than those reaction ones. You don't have to lower yourself to argue with them when there will be no result.

    Are T-cells called that because they mature in the thymus, and B-cells called that because they mature in the bone marrow?

    What about invertebrates?
    Do they come also with adaptive immunity?

    • @diarmuidkuhle8181
      @diarmuidkuhle8181 4 місяці тому +1

      In a word, no. Like plants, invertebrates have innate immunity inherited from the parent plant / animal.
