  • Delicious cauliflower recipe! This cauliflower is tastier than meat! This gluten free dish is ready in a few minutes and the cauliflower is tender inside and so deliciously crispy on the outside! ASMR cooking. I love making cauliflower recipes and this recipe is gluten free. Vegetables are tastier than meat! In this video you will also learn how to make amazing dip sauce. This is incredibly delicious, easy and quick recipe. It’s so tasty that my family and kids ask me to make it almost every day!

    🥣 Ingredients :
    1 head of cauliflower
    Dry ingredients :
    150g | 1cup chickpea crumbs or breadcrumbs
    1/2tbsp garlic powder
    1/2tbsp Italian herbs
    salt
    black pepper
    30g | 2tbsp dairy free parmesan or 2tbsp nutritional yeast
    4tbsp olive oil
    Batter ingredients :
    100g | 1/2 cup chickpea flour (gram flour)
    water
    pinch of salt
    dip sauce ingredients :
    250g | 1cup coconut yogurt or any dairy free yogurt
    1-2 garlic cloves
    1/2 cucumber
    1/4 cup fresh chopped dill
    black pepper
    salt
    1tbsp lemon juice
    1tbsp olive oil
    1/4tsp chilli flakes (optional)
    🧑‍🍳Cooking tips:
    ❗You can substitute chickpea crumbs for breadcrumbs 👍
    ❗you can substitute dairy free parmesan for 2tbsp nutritional yeast 👍
    🥣Method:
    Cut the leaves off the base of 1 head of cauliflower.
    Disassemble cauliflower into inflorescences.
    Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.
    Transfer cauliflower florets into a pot.
    Boil cauliflower for 2-3 minutes.
    In a mixing bowl combine 150g | 1cup chickpea crumbs or breadcrumbs. I prefer to use my home made gluten free chickpea crumbs, they are so delicious.
    Add 1/2tbsp garlic powder, 1/2tbsp Italian herbs, black pepper and salt.
    Add 30g | 2tbsp dairy free parmesan or 2tbsp nutritional yeast and 4tbsp olive oil.
    Mix all well together.
    Drain cauliflower and set aside.
    Add 100g | 1/2 cup chickpea flour (it’s gluten free) to another bowl. You can use any flour of your choice if you do not have chickpea flour handy.
    Pinch of salt.
    Pour some water.
    Whisk the liquid into the flour until you have a smooth batter. The batter should not be too thick or too liquid.
    Now dip each cauliflower floret into the batter and coat evenly.
    Roll the cauliflower pieces in chickpea crumbs until coated thoroughly.
    Transfer to a baking tray lined with parchment.
    Repeat until all cauliflower pieces are coated.
    Roast in the preheated oven 360F | 180C for 20 minutes.
    Time to make delicious, creamy and tangy vegan tzatziki sauce.
    Add 250g | 1cup coconut yogurt or any plant based plain yogurt of your choice to a large bowl.
    Press 1 or 2 garlic cloves (to your taste).
    Finely grate 1/2 cucumber with the skin.
    Then set in a fine-mesh strainer and squeeze out excess the moisture.
    Chop 1/4 cup fresh dill.
    Add black pepper and salt.
    Pour 1tbsp lemon juice.
    1tbsp olive oil.
    1/4tsp chilli flakes (optional).
    Stir to combine.
    Taste and adjust the flavour as needed. You can store home made sauce in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.

      Hello Silvia! 🤗Thank you so much and nice to see you back! Greetings to the Beautiful Roma and Italy! 💕💕💕To make chickpea crumbs you need to soak dry uncooked chickpeas in water for about 18- 24hrs. Then add the soaked chickpeas in to food processor and pulse it but not to puree. Then spread the chickpeas on baking tray and bake them for about 20 minutes. Then transfer the baked chickpeas in to food processor ones again and pulse it again a little bit. Store chickpea crumbs in a glass airtight container for cooking your delicious food. You can substitute chickpea crumbs for bread crumbs but I usually make chickpea crumbs as I like them a lot and use in different dishes. Thank you ones again and have a wonderful day! 🌞💕🌷

      Hello! 🤗Thank you for your comment and visiting my cooking channel! To make chickpea crumbs you need to soak dry uncooked chickpeas in water for about 18- 24hrs. Then add the soaked chickpeas in to food processor and pulse it but not to puree. Then spread the chickpeas on baking tray and bake them for about 20 minutes. Then transfer the baked chickpeas in to food processor ones again and pulse it again a little bit. Store chickpea crumbs in a glass airtight container for cooking your delicious food. You can substitute chickpea crumbs for bread crumbs but I usually make chickpea crumbs as I like them a lot and use in different dishes. Thank you ones again and have a wonderful day! 🌞💕🌷

    For some reason, I really dislike cauliflower. It’s probably the result of being served it boiled until mushy and stinky growing up, but my mom did the same to broccoli and I adore that, so I don’t know why I stubbornly refuse to like this one.
    Anyway, I made this recipe using broccoli and enjoyed it. Believe it or not, the batter and breading also works really well on cabbage leaves. I chose Napa cabbage and just shaved off much of the hard stem. I pan fried the leaves, but I suppose you could bake them as well. It really was a lovely crunchy pancake leaf and I’m sure it would go with your favorite dipping sauce. Thanks!

      @@WeCookVegan Thank you! I thought of using cabbage leaves with your batter because I love Korean cabbage pancakes. Your batter is vegan, and it’s so delicious. It can be a bit tricky to manage the floppy leaves in a pan, but it’s worth the mess.

    Более - менее все понятно, перевожу потихоньку , чёрный перец , оливковое масло , итальянские травы ... а я из цветной капусты периодически люблю оладьи по - Тайски делать .

      @@WeCookVegan Отварить цветную капусту , добавить в неё мускатный орех по вкусу , соль , лимонный сок и потереть сыр любой , добавить для связи муки , размешать и жарить оладьи . Ну а с чем подавать зависит от фантазии .

    Bonjour. Merci pour cette recette qui a l air délicieuse. Cependant comment obtient on de la chapelure de pois chiche?j' ai cherché comment en faire et je ne trouve pas. Merci. Pour les galettes d aubergines dans une de vos autres recettes j ai mis de le farine de pois chiche mais ce n ai pas pareil ..merci de m aider à ce sujet.

      Bonjour Veronique ! 🤗 Merci pour votre commentaire et votre visite sur ma chaîne de cuisine ! 🙏 Pour faire des miettes de pois chiches, vous devez faire tremper des pois chiches secs non cuits dans de l'eau pendant environ 18 à 24 heures. Ensuite, ajoutez les pois chiches trempés dans le robot culinaire et mixez-les, mais pas en purée. Étalez ensuite les pois chiches sur une plaque allant au four et enfournez pour environ 20 minutes. Ensuite, transférez à nouveau les pois chiches cuits au four dans ceux du robot culinaire et mixez-les à nouveau un peu. Conservez la chapelure de pois chiches dans un récipient hermétique en verre pour cuisiner vos délicieux plats. Vous pouvez remplacer la chapelure de pois chiches par des miettes de pain, mais je fais habituellement des miettes de pois chiches car je les aime beaucoup et je les utilise dans différents plats.       Ciao Anna! 🤗 Grazie per il tuo commento e per aver visitato il mio canale di cucina! 🙏 Per preparare le briciole di ceci è necessario mettere in ammollo i ceci secchi e crudi in acqua per circa 18-24 ore. Quindi aggiungere i ceci ammollati nel robot da cucina e frullarli ma non frullarli. Quindi distribuire i ceci sulla teglia e cuocerli per circa 20 minuti. Quindi trasferisci nuovamente i ceci al forno in quelli del robot da cucina e frulla di nuovo un po '. Conserva le briciole di ceci in un contenitore ermetico di vetro per cucinare il tuo cibo delizioso. Puoi sostituire le briciole di ceci con le briciole di pane, ma io di solito preparo le briciole di ceci perché mi piacciono molto e le uso in diversi piatti. Grazie ancora e buona giornata! 🌞🌷💕

      ¡Hola! 🤗 ¡Gracias por tu comentario y visitar mi canal de cocina! 🙏 Para hacer migas de garbanzos, debes remojar los garbanzos crudos secos en agua durante aproximadamente 18 a 24 horas. Luego agregue los garbanzos remojados en el procesador de alimentos y tritúrelos, pero no en puré. Luego extienda los garbanzos en la bandeja para hornear y hornéelos durante unos 20 minutos. Luego transfiera los garbanzos horneados a los procesadores de alimentos nuevamente y vuelva a pulsarlos un poco. Guarde las migas de garbanzos en un recipiente hermético de vidrio para cocinar su deliciosa comida.
