Heh.. Laird Hamilton was scared? not buying it. We watched him YEARS ago tow surfing in Maui and I was speechless. Never seen anything like it and never have seen a group so relentless. He and his peers are NON STOP. The guy will finish an amazing ride and when the Jet ski passed he was right back up in tow like it was one fluid motion. So many people watch him, it is like an event and that was in 1994.

Saw a funny clip years ago at Pipe, with Corky walking past Laird (who was holding someone's broken board) and Corky asking, "What happened to your board?"
