    Hi Ricardo,
    OMG! That was one of the most amazing videos I've ever seen! On one hand you look so calm and confident, on the other I'm stressed out because you're flying like a rocket!
    Those guys are so cool as well!
    Question: isn't it hard to breathe without a closed hamlet? (the wind blocking breathe out)
    Also: Can't believe you went with black for helmet! But it does look amazing
    Cheers, and thanks for being awesome!

    Do I have a need for speed? Heavens no! But hell that looks like you were having a blast. Im guessing you were shouting on your way down, all that time I was thinking "oh God, a bug us gonna fly into his mouth..." But I'm glad such didn't happen. I'm wondering as to how I'm going to capture my first solid trick for you. I don't have a partner in crime to capture it for me. It honestly is a race between my first safety grab and a frontside and I wish to capture it for you. Any ideas?

    Hello, Brother. Thank you for your advice... but I need help. My wife gave me some Macroblade Rollerbalde with 90mm wheels. I did a test drive of about 15km but they don't go as they should or so it seems to me...the bearings seem to be not very fluid. Would you advise me to change them or wait? Greetings from Switzerland

    • @lenordleffet9267
      @lenordleffet9267 4 роки тому

      Use some boss swiss bearings.... Or maybe some Russian bearings, abc bearings. There all pretty good. I skated professionally in the late 90's. Get a pair of verducci. Or maybe Simmons boots, boen frame plates and some hyper shocks wheels just make sure the wheels are outdoor use. Having the right equipment is the best for improvement.

      How does the 5 wheel frame feel like at that speed? I have freeskates with 4x90mm frame, the fastest I probably went was about 55kph (automatic traffic lights on ped crossing in the hill, fulltime red on, when you're below 50 turns green; sometimes I go through on red, sometimes it turns green and I don't feel much difference between). Surface is smooth, so there's no problem, I still feel stable enough in the front-back direction. On a good surface it might add up some more speed but I didn't find a suitable road yet for taking my motorbike gear skating :-(
      The other hill I go often has rougher surface and there is a radar with speed display, it makes around 40 kph. There it depends on the exact path I take and sometimes I feel some wobble from the skates going up and down on the uneven surface.
      Unfortunately, my old skates are still the best I could reach, no-one around is renting something similar (you can rent like swell 3x100 at most or entry level speed skates to try) so there's no way for me to try something different before purchasing :-(

    • @RicardoLino

    what's the reason for choosing 5 wheelers? wouldn't be 3 a good option?

    • @Bavmorda
      @Bavmorda 5 років тому

      3 would have waaaay less stability with same wheel size/height to the ground. Also less wheels, less contact with the pavement for both stopping/reducing power and, again, stability

    • @Bavmorda
      @Bavmorda 5 років тому

      3 wheels vs 5 wheels give you, with the same wheel size (and therefore speed), a much less stable ride and a lot less stopping power.
      That's what comes to mind.
