Damn fine run. I have MAD respect for you downhill longboarders. It truly is an art form. You guys surf mountainous roads and race like you're in a rally car race. I can't skate for shit, but I've done 70mph on a bicycle before. Doing these speeds on a skateboard is mind-blowing. Mad, mad, mad, mad... mad... props. Respect.

@@AlexHagos I have never done this before. But when I ride my skateboard very fast, I will fall when Im panicking. So I guess one of the tricks is not to panick and just go with the flow.

The ability to scrub off speed so quickly before the corners is astounding. What about flats spots on the wheels though? Very impressive and visually spectacular to watch. The guy that does this must have supreme confidence in his mastery not to wear elbow pads though - I was wincing on some of those corners vicariously!
@JosLewisWood Carpenter but you’re wrong though. there are videos of longbaorders and in-line skaters crashing at that speed and coming out “fine”. if you died from every 60 mph crash nobody would ride motorcycles or there’d be vastly more deaths
@JosLewisWood Carpenter it is certainly enough to kill a man, but it can be survived, even with this little gear. He's wearing armor underneath his shirt as well.

Damn I cannot imagine what might happen if a wheel came off or a rock tripped something up. At that speed flying and rolling away from your board with a sleeveless shirt can be lethal if not losing an arm or two. Thrilling vid.

Holy smokes! Amazing. The fastest I've ever gone on a bicycle is 41 mph. And I had two big wheels! To do what you've done on 4 little wheels and your center of gravity soo high over those wheels - well - you deserve a gold medal for that run. Congratulations!!!
I love how you use your arms as air brakes to shave off the speed you build up fast then using the momentum from your current speed to make those tight turns

WOW! Am very impressed you can sustain the high speed wobbles, the high speed turns, flying off the road, cliff or running into a car or any vehicles, the wheels do not start burning apart, the trucks remain tight and your glove scraper slider things do not come flying off, with your flesh from your hands ripped in a variety of pieces.
Am all around impressed and but most impressed with the courage it takes to even attempt this!
