I cry everytime. so many people fail to realize how close the arts can bring people together. The amount of smiles in this performance, just beautiful. Amazing.
the hugs and kisses right before the group kills me everytime. makes me cry like a baby.. shows that people really can be loving and caring. to me its one of the best sytycd routines of all time other than like season 3, just wish i saw ricky more, but the tapper zach KILLS that hip hop
Came here after seeing Wicked. The Ozdust Ballroom scene & Chris’ choreo reminded me of this piece. “Even the smallest act of caring for another person is like a drop of water, it can make ripples throughout the pond”. This message was as resonant in the film as it was in this sytycd number. I’m glad they found the perfect person for the job 💚
Still watching this in 2019! This has to be my favorite routine from SYTYCD, it's just so well choreographed with an amazing storyline. "Calling You" is a close second, but I just love this performance so much!
One of my favorite routines… makes me happy and weep at the same time. This is the song me and my husband came out to when we were announced at our reception. I get that same feeling. ♥️
Yes!!! Season 11 was my all time favorite and I argue the best when came to performers. This performance was amazing seeing my fav all stars and the amazing top ten for that year. I get chills every time!
robert and kathryn shine in this but the best IMO us the tapper zach, his hip hip is incredible, just everything about this dance makes me cry buckets of tears, the love the dancers show is so prominent and powerful, i remember watching this for the first time with my mom who is dance teacher for 35 years and we were speechless at the end, should have won an emmy IMO
I was obsessed with the show during this season. The last great one in my opinion. I was fortunate enough to meet some of the dancers on tour that year, and it was a magical experience.
I wrote this for my school assignment about this dance. SYTYCD Season 11:Sweet Disposition This dance performance shows many dance elements and even all.The timing of their dance moves depended on the beat of the music. This was because of their greatly practiced timing. Not only did the timing pull together most of the dance. It was also a great element when moving each and every body part to the music.Moving with the right amount of space in between each other was another really eye pleasing element in their choreography.Another really important factor in this dance was their relationship.Dancing with a partner can be really hard and they still executed it so well. They incorporated in sync dancing as a group and dancing with a partner. The storyline that went with the dance was good but the drama and acting with the dancing made it so much better.Next is space. The space made the dance very appealing to the eye.Eac person had roughly the same amount of space in between each other. This is good because if the space was messed up not only would it look terrible it would lso mess up the choreography of the dance.Lastly the energy used in this dance is just right for the styles of dance they were doing. The dance matched the music if that makes n sense. If they were dancing with a lot of energy it would be fast music and if they were dancing slowly or gracefully it would be slow music. So in this case the music and the way\speed of their dance was very on point. This is my opinion on this very well put together dance.
Back here in 2019 because this is my favorite group routine ever from one of my favorite seasons ever. They did this on the live tour that year and it was so good
In love with the positivity and energy of this routine..never fails to lighten up my moodThe part in the middle where beats pick up sends chills down the spine
Omg, one of the best group dances I have ever seen. All the little details are perfect, even if you search the background of dancers and not who is in the spotlight. This is amazing.
