Hi Marina. Your decor is coming together beautifully and I must say, your taste is 👌👌 I'm the kind of customer that you can sell rubbish to, if you have a winning attitude. Attitude does determine altitude and I'll encourage African stores to prioritise delivering excellent service consistently and they won't have to solicit customers. Nice vlog.
Exactly. From running stores which have goods far pricier than its similar alternatives to renting shared accomodation from their units. The markup defies logic, and the selling point is skin colour/cultural similarity (emotional ties) as opposed to the value propisition of utility.
Hi Marina, Lovely vlog. Glad you had a safe trip to Regina. As much as i love showing support to Nigerian owned businesses, I agree with all the points you mentioned being my yardstick for measuring my future support if those boxes are not ticked for me. Like, you cannot have bad customer service, low quality product, outrageous prices, etc and expect me to come back next time with my hard earned money, mbanu!
If e dey your hand was a sermon! I saw said post and I just thought, If giving me a good customer experience each time I come to patronize you is not top of mind for you as a store, the first time you see me is the last time you ll see me. I am kuku not a tree and can buy from any other place that suits me. Lovely pics on your walls.
This Ethnic-shaming is not for me. Stores aside, even services, Nigerian bakers, hairdressers, homespa e.t.c where I am are charging way more than other Africans offering the same service. Then the service you are offering from your home, a Canadian registered business that has a store, pays rent and taxes is offering for half price! Mba nau😡🤮
