The best option is to build a gaming pc for 60~70k and a 40k normal laptop, it will be able to handle your normal college tasks and other simple things and and pc of 65k is enough to run most modern and high end games with more than 60fps in high-ultra settings

I built a gaming pc and now I’m suffering. I travel a lot. 50% of the time I stay at home and 50% of the time I stay outside of home.I have to use my core i3 10th gen laptop whenever I travel.Only if I bought a gaming laptop instead of a gaming pc, I would be in more ease. Surely a gaming pc will outperform a gaming laptop. But as a casual gamer do we need that much of power? Obviously not. Further more recent days laptops are really powerful. They are just enough. At least for me. Another thing,if you’re an undergraduate student,don’t buy pc.Unless you already have a decent laptop or you live next door to your varsity or college.

I was about to buy a gtx 1660 ti laptop back in december 2020 which was about 75k, but i had a change of heart and built a gaming rig with rtx 3060 ti, boy, that was the best decision i could make, because now when i see the gtx 1660 ti laptop performance its struggling at 1080 p ultra in newer games. 3060 ti is a beast at 1440 p,

I have both - A gaming PC and a MSI gaming laptop. The laptop is 5 yrs old with GTX 1050 ti. But mostly, I use it for CSGO, DOTA 2 and other multiplayer titles and some indie games. I carry it especially when I go back to my hometown from my work city, it is pretty useful and when I have an urge to play some games, I can depend on that. The PC with RTX 3060 ti is only for my AAA cravings ;)

Advantages of Gaming PC:
1. Will give you a lot more performance compared to gaming laptop of same price
2. Will last longer than laptop because temperatures don't go very high because of enough cooling space in cabinet
3. You can customize it almost completely according to your taste and requirements
4. You can upgrade most components in the long run when they get obsolete, like a new GPU can be inserted after a few years, making the PC last even longer.
5. PC GPUs perform better than their laptop GPU counterparts in most cases. Like see RTX 4070, the PC RTX 4070 is like 30% to 40% better than laptop 4070 and you can build a 4070 PC for less than 4070 laptop price.
6. Most gaming monitors these days come with at least 95% of sRGB and 75-90% of DCI-P3 coverage, so your monitor will almost always show very good colours and will be very nice to look at. This is true for 20-30k monitors as well. Meanwhile in most laptops under 1 lakh you get basic 45% NTSC display which is trash to look at.
Advantages of Gaming laptop:
1. For somebody in their 20s who needs to travel a lot for jobs, interviews, etc a laptop is essential and you can carry it around in a bag anywhere, this is the biggest advantage of it for young people and it is why I will recommend young people to go with laptops.
2. These days gaming laptops up until RTX 4060 cost more or less the same as a gaming PC build with same specs, its only when you go for something above 4060 like the 4070 will you start seeing diminishing returns for your money.
3. Most laptop manufacturers now also allow you to build your own laptop by choosing your components for the laptop. This is still limited compared to PC but is much better than older laptops.

To aise mei Banda kisi bhi local pc repair shop pe jaake laptop ki service Kara sakta hai, shop owner 300-500 kuch lega service karne ke, uske baad mast makkhan chalega Laptop.
Aur agar local shop nahi hai to Nehru Place to hai hi. Warna agar khud hi skilled ho to laptop kholke saaf karlo par wo mai recommend nahi karunga.

I bought gaming laptop because of space problem in my flat . Pc takes a lot of space and laptop can rest just on bed or study table .
I will sell my gaming laptop, will buy MacBook for work , For gaming i am confused between ps5 and gaming pc
1 main points is missing in this video that applies to every Small and mid indian cities (cities except mumbai/delhi etc) where we have hours of random power cut, even in well known cities like Gwalior/Agra/Jhansi etc we have almost daily 2 to 5 hour of random powercuts where inverter handles the house, in that case laptop is better because first thing is it will keep running during the inverter is switching and also most of laptops will be max to max 300w for gaming but gaming pc itself starts from minimum 600w and goes upto 750/850 etc so no matter how much good inverter you get after 1 hour it will start causing problem. so for Indian citizens laptop has this benefit. this issue is not much in big cities or in foreign , so specific to india.
personally my believe is buy a good gaming laptop for games that are usually played in India like valorent etc . and buy a ps5 for AAA titles cause most of the great titles are 1st arrive in the ps like god of war , horizen zero dawn . i know sony have made a deal and its releasing these games in pc as well but still they are not going to be in rust to release in pc first .

And the laptop I'm thinking to buy specs :
