I have heard that wet and low is better than hot and dry. When you cook in liquid or its own juices the temperature can’t go above 212F. Stovetop, Crockpot and Sous vide are great options. Sometimes flavour wise it’s good to have a sear on a steak or something, what the heck? Tempt fate a little. 😁
Hi there! We don't recommend using our Polyphenol-Rich Olive Oil with high heat, like baking. This formula is more like a finishing oil. If you're looking for a healthy cooking oil, we recommend trying our Chef's Select Olive Oil. It's great for sautéing vegetables or protein at medium to low heat. You can find more information about it here: bit.ly/2L6oBRM. Thank you!
Extra olive oil is ok otherwise why doctor Gundry will tell us Evoot support the highest level of heat…and use it in is recipes…it is a video can not tell everything but in his books it isthere…

Hello Mariana! Yes, it is perfectly fine to fry eggs in olive oil! Olive oil is a great option for cooking as it is a healthier alternative to other types of oil and it adds a delicious flavor to your food. Enjoy your eggs! 😊
@@pluto4D the question here is that some fats are more heat resistant than others. Olive oil is not the best regarding this characteristic. But is way far from beeing the worst. Is it ok to stir fry using a teaspoon of oil?
Great question! For cooking, Dr. Gundry suggests using toasted sesame oil, non-GMO canola oil, or his personal favorite, perilla oil.
No scambled eggs even?

Correct, Nick! Dr. Gundry is not referring to air frying in this case.
