I love cupping! Started using them for an injury, then I started using them along with my Gua Sha tools to increase chi flow, now I use them for cellulite and they are AMAZING on it!! My energy level has increased from never having any energy or motivation anymore to getting back to normal. I've started walking again too because I have motivation again.
I use both plastic cups with the hand pump and the silicone cups. They work even better if you do a bit of gua sha scraping first on the area to be cupped. The cups glide and stick much better.
I'm using the natural plastic cupping as beginner! I like them, but i just them in a gliding motion. Good tip to not use them for that and just trigger point therapy. Question, where did you get that super cute top!? Looks like a perfect massage smock.

Here’s a good question if you want the strongest cup set that sucks up the most skin what would you recommend? I have those deep trapped nerves in my arms shoulders and cervical discs. I need to grab as much skin as possible to get deep in there. Also does glass grip or suck harder than plastic??? If you get a chance check my patented removable foam roller side wheels invention. Great for PT or fitness. Thanks
Super specific question. I have absolutely incurable case of plantar faciatis on my heel area under neath. By instinct I feel a strong cup pulling out the heel hard could loosen or unstick the area. What cup system will grip the hardest, suck up the most skin and what set would you recommend?
Groove Fretboard I actually wouldn't use cupping- I would use Gua sha. you can dig the edge of the tool in there and scrape. I've done it to my own foot and it totally helped it gave you worked in your calves yet?

Hi Jana! Yes I actually have those as well and don't love them as much. They don't give near enough suction for me. The glass ones are the only ones that will work on foreheads. Do you notice a difference in sliding: some people mentioned that glass cups are coming off more often because they lose suction very easily on face ( not flat surface) and that is why silicone cups are better for face massage when you do not what short suctions but need constant gliding?

I bought a set. They are plastic and came with a pump. When I place the cup on my skin and pump it doesn't do anything.
did you apply oil to skin first?
@@suzannecurry7756 makes no difference. Some of the cups will work say if I try on my hand but most don't do anything.
You may not have a very good set- or it’s in an area that is too small for the cup. What set did you buy?
