I was a successful Spartan Athlete because I knew how to tap into the power of the mind to acheive athletic goals. After a really stressful period, I developed these conditions and my professional career ended abruptly. I spent 2 years in the depths of depression, severe Chronic Fatigue, and Fibromyalgia. I know that it was past trauma that got me into that mess, and know that by using the power of my mind that I can heal. I will never give up searching for ways to be in complete remission - I can't and I won't.
Sometimes I feel like giving up
    But i Just Can't
    It isn't in my blood.
I've learned so much through my formal and informal education on these subjects, and I want to share it all and help others through their hard times. Feel free to PM me.

      My Story:
How to cure 90% of sciatica very quickly.
There is so much unnecessary pain with the sciatica. If I know the cure, certainly many doctors do. My experience over the last 40 years indicates that for the government/medical establishment - greed and corruption trumps healing people.
Study on sciatica pinpointed herniated discs as the cause of 90% of all sciatica. Chances are very high that if you have sciatica, you have some degree of herniation causing it. You need to cure the hernia to cure the sciatica.
How to cure the herniated fisc ?
Use Biocell form of Hyaluronic Acid which includes Biocell's collagen and chondroitin Sulfate. It also uses rooster comb type of hyaluronic acid. Doctor's Best brand on Amazon is the one I use. I can't recommend anything but this formulation because I can't prove it was anything specific in it. May have been the combination. The gelatin disc is made up of all three components.
There are two type of Hyaluronic acid.
      1) Original rooster comb based HA
      2) fermented high molecular weight HA
I have completely cured an L4-L5 and L5-S1 herniation in 6 weeks.
The L5-S1 crippled me and put me on crutches and bedridden for 7 weeks along with severe pain.
When I realized what the cure was, my progression was
After week 1 ... most pain sciatica pain went away
After week 2 ... 95% of the pain went away and could stand
After week 3 ... I could start to walk somewhat without crutches somewhat and rehabilitate my right leg ... still some very slight sciatica
After week 4 ... I could walk around better without any crutches. Still need to rehabilitate my leg to get it stronger
Take 2-4 capsules of the Biocell formulation with cup of water on empty stomach
You will know within 1-2 weeks whether it is working.
Of course if you have more milder type of herniation, it will resolve quicker.
Much sciatica is healed on it's own because some people only have temporary nutrient deficiencies while others who do just won't get better.
Standard medical practice should be Biocell formula. It would save a lot of pain and disablement. They won't. It's like arthritis. The cause is already known - boron deficiency - the cure - borax - is known but healing people isn't what the health care system isn't about.
      P.S.
The chiropractor was useless. He should have known by probability that I had herniation. I had another chiropractor tell me 10 years ago that herniations could not be cure. I thought he was either ignorant or full of it. It took me 3 years to track down the cure.
I was going to get an X ray but I ditched it when I saw that study. I was very confident I could prove it was herniation and cure it quickly. I didn't waste any time doing any exercises after that.
Most advice online about sciatica was basically useless.
It also regenerates the gums in mouth. Gum degeneration is why too many elderly loose their teeth.
Please send this out to other people

Oh man, I’m not a therapist, just a wife trying to find some kind of relief for my husband... I tried your technique on him, when I did the inner thigh massage, he could barely open up...but he felt so much better, he could walk, sit without any problems... so I attempted again later that evening and his thigh stretched out PRETTY good. So thank you for this video, my husband cried and was so thankful. Now I need to study my sons plantar fasciitis. Any techniques?

Thank you. I've just graduated from massage therapy school where we have learned various modalities separately. I absolutely love how you've blended different styles and techniques into your massage. I am especially excited about the Gua Sha being used to smooth out fascial adhesions. Then you really won me over with the active release and the incorporation of Thai stretches. Thai is one of my favorite styles and I agree that it is more powerful than some may realize (until they have it done to them of course :) This was really a wonderful and inspiring video and I thank you.

Great video... something I save to my watchlist as a massage therapist ,to come back to ,for appendicular sciatic pain..unfortunately when treating axial ,where there's actually direct compression on the nerves, so many of these moves are contraindicated however alleviating the pain response is more the intention for the herniated disc type sciatica that is directly compressing the spine. A lot of your techniques I will definitely use for any soft tissue culprits that are causing the compression though. Good stuff

My dad suffers with severe lower back pain, so I usually do the best I can and massage it out for him....first time watching a video for guidance because I'm in no way a professional, I can't do 3/4 of the things she does to this man 😫....but I did learn alot from this video and I'm gonna try it today 🤷 wish me luck ! 👍

Thank you so much for this video!! It is two days that I'm no able to stand upright and I could barely walk. I showed this video to my girlfriend and she did it to me, with help of some therapeutic oil and some ultra tiger balm. It does definitely hurt taking the massage but right after she was done I definitely feel better. The pain before the massage was 10 now is 4-5. Remember if the pain is to hard please refer to a doctor or a professional massager.

And what about having the patient see a chromatic treatment for spine alinement before the message could that help the message work better and ease the pain a bit before message of the SCIATICA NERVE AREA and heat treatment prior to message just to warm up the area ?...

I am sorry to read this. Massage therapy when performed by real professionals, is a healing practice. We really help people deal with pain, stress and other health and some emotional-physical issues. Massage therapy is not a luxury, it is a very much needed health practice that is under rated and very much unknown by the general public and many healthcare professionals.
