That's like a normal pitch for an 8 port siren like these as opposed to the higher pitched ones. I've heard ones much lower pitched than that. (Usually as a result of dying batteries.) The thing with the universal motors that powers the choppers is that they are made with in tolerance's and they don't rely on line frequency to determine their speed. Thus the speed of one T-128 for example to another is almost never exactly the same.
