- Featuring a Sentry 3V8-H doing attack and several 2001-130s doing alert for ambience!
Two warnings were issued concurrently for two separate cells which is why there was a second activation.

Tornado sirens always defend and protect people outside
they are only meant to heard outside.
*Officially* they are outdoor use only, but they do serve indoors. I've talked to a lot of people who were awakened by the sirens, during a night tornado. $0.02.

If a siren is not working then press the button on the bottom
Air raid siren control panels are locked shut to prevent unauthorized activation by civilians , all sirens these days are remotely activated by an emergency management agency or 911 dispatcher there is no way for a civilian to manually turn them on you have to contact the local EMA or 911 dispatch center to report that a siren doesn't activate although they can see which ones that don't on the computer.

They're real intended purpose was for nuclear missile launches which is a very chilling thing to think about because nuclear weapons are far more frightening than severe weather because there is a 99% chance of being killed and vaporized by a nuclear warhead but where there's a very slight chance of being harmed by a severe storm.
