The day I played the character creation demo I was like "Damn, can't wait to see Kev create a true masterpiece in this one" and you went far beyond my expectations lol
This game fits you so well as it gives you endless options for your creativity and putting on a great show! I haven"t had this level of enjoyment from video for a freaking long time, you are awesome creator (though your character is gonna haunt me in my sleep)

thats a huge part of the game m8, performance is awful and chances of it getting much better aren't likely given how they tied it to CPU
my pc is far above the recommended specs and in the city i got 23 FPS at 1080p which hardly has an city feel to it anyway its not a bustling city to warrant such awful performance, that is completely unacceptable
the MTX are cancer too and a part of it, its more just insulting than actually affecting the game that much but its still not on
RE engine isnt meant for open world games the consensus seems to be, and unless they find a better way of calculations games gonna stay a sluggish poorly running mess
wait a few months and then try it m8, will probably be 70% off then too so you dont waste any money, thats my advice
game seems to be half decent but its just a repeat of the original Dragons Dogma, half decent game covered in crap

the trailer for this game says you have "immense power" but i truly believe kevs presence just dumbs down any power the hero in a game would have
The character creation is top notch how it handles your look and things like how tall or short you set yourself and npcs do actually look to your height naturally

One thing the game is good for: that is genuinely the most horrifying player character i have ever seen in a game
Setting aside the many at-launch-microtransactions, this seems actually pretty good and exactly how I remembered the first game to play.
The micro-transactions aren't even needed I play offline and my pawn literally came back with 163 rift crystals when I used an inn also fixing those broken stones gives you 30 each.
The micros were basically a joke. They gave you a way to infinitely duplicate any item in the game just for gold, and there is a character who will make a true duplication of any item you give for free one time. The micros are just some wakestones, which are farmable and can be duped, and RC, which you passively get online. It’s not like the day one mtx were a bunch of exclusive weapons and armor, or locked vocations behind a paywall. It’s a non-issue that’s been blown way out of proportion.

Why did people not have the same meltdown when DMC4s remaster, DMC5, Re7,8 and every RE remake got the same microtransactions. If I remember correctly even the original Dragons Dogma on ps3 and xbox 360 had them.
The OG had $20 worth of DLC and some of the was the Biterblack Isle expansion
Plus that wasn't 69 seconds after launch and this game is a complete unoptimised mess that at its core is built funny with the CPU load issues and general awful performance, stutters, lock ups and general roughness

I did complain about said games, especially the cut content in the RE remakes, they were also half the price of a normal AAA game not the DMC just RE, don't really care for DMC but point stands, MTX are cancer and shouldn't be in game

Morons just love to complain. They're literally all convenience add-ons. If the 5 wakestones and small packs of rift crystals are so vital that some people just can't beat the game without buying them, then they just need to put down games forever and reevaluate their lives. Most egregious use of the term "pay to win" I've ever seen.
Get it right, poor pc players have performance while ps5 might get a slight stutter in the Nobel courter
