For safety reason it is just better to rig your light to another sideof grip-head to prevent falling if it loose accidentally

wont exporting to 4k creates more comprresiion? i saw many videos suggesting shoot in 4k and export in 1080. can you suggest whether ''shoot4k export 1080'' or ''shoot 4k export 4k " which one is better for instagram reels

From my experience, exporting 4K is def better, bc if you export 1080p while you posting on IG, it would compress your 1080p video under the 1080p quality
